Murder and blackmail are on the menu when six mysterious guests assemble at Boddy Manor for a night they'll never forget! Was it Mrs. Peacock in the study with the knife? Or was it Colonel Mustard in the library with the wrench? Based on the fan-favorite 1985 Paramount Pictures movie and inspired by the classic Hasbro board game, Clue is the ultimate whodunit that will leave you dying of laughter and keep you guessing until the final twist.

The Clue cast killed it!! The show was fantastic. Lots of laughs. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The whole family enjoyed this fantastic stage adaptation of a beloved movie and game. Performance and set design were superb.
Whether you are a fan of the Clie movie or have never seen it, you will love this quick witted adaptation of the world famous board game. As a big fan of the movie, I was pleasantly surprised to see and hear new jokes and wonderful interpretations of the main characters. The 90 minutes went by very fast and I love how they adapated the ending to a play setting.
Great play, with excellent acting and extremely funny! A bit disappointed, as the play was exactly like the movie and I thought it would offer a different vision versus the movie
Tell me why this costs more than my Frozen that had double run time.
The show was amazing. It stayed true to the movie while changing things up enough to keep you on your toes laughing the whole time. Mr. Green’s athleticism and physical comedy was fantastic.
A cleverly directed, well-known story that is filled with surprise and delight. We literally laughed out loud and thoroughly enjoyed the show.
First of all, I genuinely laughed! I'd say if you're not really familiar with the game, some of the jokes - both physical and verbal - don't quite hit home. But there are laughs for all in the physical comedy from these actors/actresses! Overall it was worth it. I don't see how the actual plot could've been updated, but it needed to be. My party left wondering --"okayy, so who dun' it?"
this was a delightfully performed show, High quality, clever script, and fast moving. 90 minutes, no intermission, standing ovation, lots of fun! very worth it!!
Went to see” Clue “ On Halloween night. As always Parking machines don’t always work, But I’ve digress. The performance was great. The actors were wonderful. It was very cleverly done and very funny .90 minutes for the performance was just perfect. I’ve always enjoyed going to the performing arts center and will continue to do so as a resident of San Jose.
While the acting was fine, it was a bit over the top (but then that’s somewhat required for a farce;-). A bunch of cute references to the board game and a passel of dead bodies do not make “great” theater. I guess I should watch the movie. (But I can’t say “the book was better “)
I got the ticket without any prior information. I didnt know what to expect. I just followed the story and enjoyed seeing the story unfold. Loved the experience.
My husband and I took our 9 year old daughter who loves playing Clue and enjoyed the movie, we all enjoyed it so very much. From the stage design to every individual performance it was a 5 star worthy affair. Bravo!! 👏🏽
If you were a big fan of the game while growing up, this does a pretty good job at honoring the game. As a standalone play it's also very good, but might seem a little expensive for someone who doesn't have the emotional connection to the game
Lots of quick jokes, good choreography with all the movements and rooms, great acting, nice small cast. Length was good for there not being any singing in it.
I always love being at the DPAC. It's a wonderful venue in every way. Clue was of excellent quality as expected. The acting, the set, the production, all very professionally done. I did find the script, set in the 1950s to be a bit dated. Particularly the way homosexuality was handled. And the Gone With the Wind References. I think it could have been successfully updated.
The performance was very short in relationship to the expense. The actors did an excellent job, and DPAC always delivers. Unfortunately, this was not one of my favorite events at DPAC. Clean, good security, professional staff, but entertainment value was extremely lacking in my opinion. Great sets, sound good.
I went Wednesday night in Durham, North Carolina and loved this show start to finish! The cast was phenomenal especially Miss Scarlet. Her comedic timing was perfection! The whole production was so fast-paced! It was like a murder-mystery ballet - you never knew what was going to happen next! I loved the scene where they were paired up and all looking for the murderer. Hysterical! I highly recommend!
My partner and I had a wonderful time. Full of laughs and fond memories of the board game.
