CLINT BLACK IN CONCERT:
Country superstar Clint Black knows a thing or two about penning a catchy tune – he's got more than 20 No. 1 singles under his belt, and his hit-filled live shows have the feel of a greatest hits tour. It makes him something of a maverick in a genre where many artists record music written by other songwriters. Black has spent the bulk of his career singing his own songs, and it's served him well. His penchant for witty puns and clever turns of phrase is on full display in concert – both in the lyrics of favorites like "A Better Man" and during his amusing between-song banter. With his warm baritone voice, killer harmonica playing, and catalog of clever-mouthed hits, Clint Black is a must-see for ticket buyers who like their classic country served straight-up.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Clint Patrick Black was born in New Jersey but raised in the Houston suburb of Katy, TX. He grew up playing music with his family, and by his teens he had serious chops on both the guitar and the harmonica. Black cut his teeth as a singer performing with his brothers in a family band, and he eventually dropped out of high school to play music full-time. He spent the bulk of the '80s working odd jobs while moonlighting as a country performer, and in 1989 he got his big break when RCA signed him and released his debut album Killin' Time. The record spawned five consecutive country No. 1s, making him a star overnight and earning him several Academy of Country Music Awards including Album of the Year and Top Male Vocalist. His chart run continued in the '90s with a string of Top 10 albums and chart-topping hits like "A Good Run of Bad Luck" and "Nothin' But the Taillights." Black parted ways with RCA in the early '00s and took a few years off to start a family, and in 2004 he returned with his eighth album Spend My Time, which he released on his own label Equity Music Group. Critics hailed the album as his most adventurous outing to-date, and Black has remained prolific ever since, consistently delivering both in the studio and on tour.

Love Clint Black & his show was amazing. Would definitely go see him perform again if he comes back to Tucson.
Clint Black has been a lifelong favorite and a bucket list concert. He and his family did not disappoint..
Clint Black and his family did not disappoint. They were amazing, my seats were great and the Alabama Theater was beautiful.
It was such a good show. I have always loved both Clint and Lisa and their daughter Lily Pearl has a very powerful voice. I loved it!!!
It was a great concert all in all…very impressed with Clint Black the band and his family…the smaller venue also helped to make the concert very intimate and would definitely see them again
Awesome concert loved when his daughter sang she is really good. Lisa I have admired watching her on tv. Loved hearing her sing. Acoustics were really good!
We sat at row c seat 11 and 9. The show was good and his daughter and wife sang a few with him and without him. I just wish these older country singers that I love would just play their best songs! I don’t wanna go to see Willie and hear him sing George Jones songs. I mean we paid good money for the show so I would expect to here his best songs but unfortunately he didn’t. Don’t get me wrong though he sounded just like he’s always sounded!
Clint gives a solid 90 minute show. all his hits mixed with performances from his wife and daughter. can't wait to see him again.
Fantastic music by the whole family! Enjoyed it so much! Was always a fan of Clint Black and lover seeing him and his family perform live.
Clint Black is very engaging and charming. His wife and daughter are the classiest I’ve ever seen in the industry! Their outfits and wardrobe changes were out of this world! Enjoyed that so much!! Not mention that they CAN also sing!! Very very enjoyable experience/evening.
Two hours before f great music. The best show I have seen in a long time.
The sound was perfect, very entertaining and Love the Family.
It was an amazing experience, we had great seats dead center four rows from the stage. We could see every smile and expression on their faces. Clint’s connection with the crowd was undeniable, he was engaging with the room and you felt like it was a very personable experience. Especially enjoyed his wife and daughter performing and you could see his pride in having them there performing with him. I’ve seen many, many concerts with some the greatest entertainers, but this show really stood out. So glad that we were able to be there.
Would definitely see him again. But on a great show.
We loved the concert. Shreveport Mumicipsl is one of our favorite venues. Seeing Clint, Lisa, and Lilly Pearl together was a special treat since we’ve been fans of Clint’s since his beginning. A great night!’

The music was great but was not balanced for the voice. I had a hard time hearing the words because the music was a little too loud.
The show was awesome! Having his family on stage with him was a bonus.
Clint Black with Lisa Hartman Black and Lily Pearl Black was wonderful. The music was spot on! The band never sounded better. The Alabama Theater was beautiful. I was extremely impressed and enjoyed the evening so much.
