CLINT BLACK IN CONCERT:
Country superstar Clint Black knows a thing or two about penning a catchy tune – he's got more than 20 No. 1 singles under his belt, and his hit-filled live shows have the feel of a greatest hits tour. It makes him something of a maverick in a genre where many artists record music written by other songwriters. Black has spent the bulk of his career singing his own songs, and it's served him well. His penchant for witty puns and clever turns of phrase is on full display in concert – both in the lyrics of favorites like "A Better Man" and during his amusing between-song banter. With his warm baritone voice, killer harmonica playing, and catalog of clever-mouthed hits, Clint Black is a must-see for ticket buyers who like their classic country served straight-up.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Clint Patrick Black was born in New Jersey but raised in the Houston suburb of Katy, TX. He grew up playing music with his family, and by his teens he had serious chops on both the guitar and the harmonica. Black cut his teeth as a singer performing with his brothers in a family band, and he eventually dropped out of high school to play music full-time. He spent the bulk of the '80s working odd jobs while moonlighting as a country performer, and in 1989 he got his big break when RCA signed him and released his debut album Killin' Time. The record spawned five consecutive country No. 1s, making him a star overnight and earning him several Academy of Country Music Awards including Album of the Year and Top Male Vocalist. His chart run continued in the '90s with a string of Top 10 albums and chart-topping hits like "A Good Run of Bad Luck" and "Nothin' But the Taillights." Black parted ways with RCA in the early '00s and took a few years off to start a family, and in 2004 he returned with his eighth album Spend My Time, which he released on his own label Equity Music Group. Critics hailed the album as his most adventurous outing to-date, and Black has remained prolific ever since, consistently delivering both in the studio and on tour.

Front row seats....Very good concert (My wife says GREAT concert). A lot of fun.
Great singer Down to earth guy Great band Thoroughly enjoyable show Felt like I was sitting in his living room Definitely see him again!
Our seats were in the fourth row so we had a great view. Clint sounded like his younger self and played all our favorites and then some. He also told stories and joked with the audience. An all around perfect evening.
Clint and company delivered as usual. Hope he comes back again to Prescott Valley.
The sound quality was very good, the audio level was just right, not too loud, not too soft, the frequency spectrum equality for all instruments was very good. Comfortable temperature inside of the Prescott Valley, Az. Findlay Center. Entering the event was efficient, all around pleasant experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed Clint Black and his family! He sounded great, and he was funny and a very warm person. Will definitely see him again!
One of the best concerts that I’ve been to in a while. I’ve always loved Clint Black. Loved the performances by his wife Lisa Hartman Black and his daughter Lily Pearl Black. His daughter has a great career ahead of her. She’s.very talented. Two thumbs up.
Brought the family to see Clint. Birthday present for my 11 year old. I was really impressed with the sound quality. Guitars sounded so great. Nice show for the fam. We’ll definitely see Clint Black when he rolls into town again.
Always a wonderful show when country comes to town.
We really enjoyed the whole concert and thought it was a delight to be there!
Wonderful performance from a country music icon. The facility, sound system and talent was perfect. It was great to sing along with all of his hits and to see his wife Lisa Hartman and daughter Lily Pearle Black.
Clint Black’s performance was amazing. He is very good at connecting with his audience very personable does not just stand there perform and walk off. And it may be rare but to see a him and wife and daughter perform together just puts it over the top. What a great singer, songwriter, and performer Would certainly see him again
Had a great time. Clint Black is even better than 25 yeara ago. He is a great musician and story teller in his own right. Seeing him perform along with his wife Lisa Nd daughter Lily Pearl was a warm feel good concert.
The concert was wonderful. The pre-show pics&video’s were excellent to pass the time. Clint was fantastic along with his wife and daughter. The volume was excellent, loud enough but not too loud. Looking forward to the next time he is here.
This was the concert. Seats were great. Music was beyond. I am a big Clint Black fan and was not disappointed.
This is the 4th time we have seen Clint Black in concert and it was the best! Everytime is equally good or better. We had seats in the 5th row center this time, so by far the best seating we have been fortunate to get. Clint's voice is excellent still. His stage presence is superb. His band is top notch professional. And then in addition to all this we were enchanted and delighted by the presence of Lily Pearl and Lisa Hartman Black, who were great! We loved the show so much! Thank you for coming to Prescott Valley, AZ. We traveled 6 hours for this. Please consider performing in the Coachella Valley of California next time! :) please please :)))
Clint and his team were perfect. Sang all of the classics and engaged the audience! Venue was top notch and a great value for the money. I can’t wait to see him next time!
Clint Black and Lisa anf Lily were awesome. Loved all the music.
It was great to see and hear Clint player all his tunes, and it was made even better by bringing his daughter and his wife on stage to help out on certain songs. It was a great show and he does a great job of talking to the audience.
I thought Clint was great. He interacted with the audience, and played a lot of songs I knew, which is always nice to hear. I enjoyed seeing Lisa and his daughter, however, I was surprised to see so many sequin outfits…a little OTT! Lily has an amazing voice, she will go places!
