  • Classic Seger a Huge Disappointment!!!

by Buckeye Greg on 1/18/25Duke Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater - St PetersburgRating: 2 out of 5

The band was excellent. The singer (Seger) was not very good and didn't sound like Seger at all. So that diminished it all. The sound engineer did not have it dialed in for the entire 1st set. Overall, a major disappointment. It was more of a festival show at $50 for 6 bands, them being one. It certainly wasn't a $100 show for no warmup band and two 60 minute sets!

  • Great instrumentals

by Music Buff on 1/18/25Duke Energy Center for the Arts - Mahaffey Theater - St PetersburgRating: 4 out of 5

Lots of great songs and instrumentals. Music sometimes overpowered the lead vocal. Songs were not even close to the same depth or soul of Seger himself. Lead vocal was at times off key and didn't carry all the tunes; felt like he was just singing and not really feeling or committing to the music, although some songs were much better than others. Long time to warm up into the set. The show was entertaining but overpriced. 3.5 stars.

It was our first trip to the Duke Energy Center for the Arts and we were very impressed with the venue. The show was fantastic. The band and singers were top notched. We really enjoyed the show and it brought back a lot of good memories!

Classic Seger was fabulous. The music was great - the musicians are very talented and full of energy. The singer really channeled Bob. Heard all the hits and a few great songs I didn't know. The crowd was engaged and enthusiastic and everyone had a wonderful time.

  • The best show all year!

    by Shannon H on 9/16/24Rating: 5 out of 5

My husband and I are regulars at The Kalamazoo State Theatre. This past Saturday we bought tickets at the very last minute for a Bob Seger tribute show. We really weren't expecting much as we have seen a few Segar bands over the last few years. From the opening number we were both floored. The vocals and energy of the singer had the crowd eating out of his hands, but the star of the night was the sax player. A wonderful, wonderful evening and I hope they come back soon!

  • Killer show in Kalamazoo

by Ben on 9/16/24Rating: 5 out of 5

One of the best "tribute"type shows we have ever been to. Even better was that it a Bob Seger show. I've seen Seger many times over the years and I have to say, these guys nailed it. Amazing band and production. A must see show!

  • Fun night at Rialto Square Theatre!

by Ben on 9/2/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Very entertaining show a few months back in Joliet. Band was tight and singer did a great job. Tough stuff to sing. I would see them again.

  • What a great night

by Bob Loblaw on 8/9/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Tribute to the great Bob Seger. The band was tight and the sound was dialed in. I tip my hat to these people keeping 70s rock n roll alive.

  • Top level tribute band

by Bob Loblaw on 8/4/24Rating: 5 out of 5

Very enjoyable evening listening to Bob Seger hits. Good quality musicians giving their best to duplicate the 1970s rock n roll show. Sound quality was great. Would gladly pay to watch them again.
