Chris Tomlin Concert Schedule
Chris Tomlin is a singer and songwriter in the Christian music industry, best known for huge hits like "How Great Is Our God" and "Indescribable." His live performances are treated like one big worship time, and fans can expect clear vocals, a strong faith-based message, and a full band accompaniment. Tomlin's tours include the 2018 Worship Night in America Tour, the 2017 Chris Tomlin Christmas Tour, the 2007 How Great Is Our God Tour, the 2010 Hello Tomlin Tour, the All Things New Tour and various tours with Passion Conferences. Some of his biggest accomplishments have been winning a Grammy for the Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for And If Our God Is For Us... in 2012 and dozens of nominations and wins at the GMA Dove Awards. Tomlin also won Top Christian Artist and Top Christian Song at the Billboard Music Awards in 2011.

Chris Tomlin was born the town of Grand Saline, Texas, on May 4, 1972. He was the oldest of three boys, and his father was the first person to introduce him to music when he gave him his first guitar. Tomlin started writing his own worship music at the young age of 14. He went to college at Texas A&M University to study physical therapy but continued to work as a worship leader at area youth conferences. In 1997, pastor and motivation speaker Louie Giglio asked Tomlin to work with Passion Conferences -- a Christian organization targeted at young adults -- and that's where his Christian music career really began. His first solo album was released in 2001, and he has had several songs hit the top of the Christian Copyright Licensing International charts. Chris Tomlin is an amazing praise and worship artist who's songs really inspire the crowd to praise the lord. He gave a great performance! Toby Mac and his group are amazing entertainers and are so multi talented! He gave a very energetic and exciting performance, and gave all the glory to God!

I went to the Tomlin/Tobymac concert at the State Fair last night. It was great! Tomlin has a huge talent for music and his voice is just as good live as on CD's and the radio. He was able to set up a real worship environment for the crowd. Tobymac, then, is a real entertainer! He had other singers in small choreographed numbers with flips and break dancing, and the audience ate it up. He just went crazy on stage. But at the end of the night he still tied everything back into celebrating and praising God. Great evening!
Best concert ever attended!! Both artists were amazing.
It was a very good concert. Felt that the sound system wasn't quite the best and that they were trying to overload it's capacity. But, overall loved the concert and enjoyed seeing Chris play in person. TobyMac was disappointing. It was so loud you couldn't understand any of the words - maybe that's the way it is supposed to be at a concert, but it was disappointing. After we left the grandstand, it was much more pleasant and you could actually hear the songs better. But I would recommend attending any of these concerts. It's very spiritually uplifting!
Chris Tomlin and Toby Mac are an incredible team and offer a wide variety of energizing contemporary Christian music! Loved how they packed in so many songs, hit after hit, and still interjected heart gripping words of encouragement and praise inbetween songs. All three of my kids (ages 7 to 13) were captivated and energized by the praise filled evening. Quote from my 13 year old daughter - "Epic!"
We really enjoyed the show. Chris started on time and put on a great performance. I enjoyed TobyMac even though we are really not into rap, but the show and the performers were amazing. I highly recommend this show. They both put God and Jesus first, and helped to make me feel that things will be okay if we keep the faith.
I will remember this concert for the rest of my life. Both Chris Tomlin and Tobymac were so awesome! We first sang a lot of praise songs in the first half, then Tobymac and Diverse City sang his songs. This was my first concert I've ever been to, and it was an unforgettable experience. However, I was a little disappointed at just one thing, we got to the concert on time, but because of disorganization, there was a really long line, so we missed the first 2 songs.
Awesome. Had a great night. Tomlin led us in worship, TobyMac got us dancing/rockin' for the Lord.
Amazing show, worth every penny! Chris Tomlin sounds as good in person as he does on his recordings. Toby and the Divercity crew put on the performance of a lifetime--high energy, their talent is amazing!
The concert and venue were great however the voices were muffled when Toby Mac took stage. We had a hard time understanding anything that was said. It was diappointing not to be able to hear him praising God. Chris Tomlin rocked the stage with great music. They gave a great show with clear sounds and voices, screens to follow the lyrics, and lots of crowd pleasing worship!
I loved both of these bands - didn't know I knew so much of their music! We lifted up the name of Jesus and it was truly FUN! We loved how theatrical TobyMac was!
Toby Mac was an excellent entertainer. His show included unexpected surprises. Music and dancing was a blast. All praise went to Jesus.
The concert was very uplifting. This was my first Christian Concert so didn't know what to expect. The people were just great! It is so great that we can praise God through songs and just being together as one family!
Toby Mac anc Chris Tomlin put on an amazing worship filled show. Chris sang for over an hour and a half. Chris sang all of his hit songs and made sure to include the audience. Then, the energy level went way up when Toby and Diverse City took the stage. Toby came off the main stage onto a platform in the Grand Stand in the middle of the show. Then, he walked through the track-side crowd on chairs! I was so close I could shake Toby's hand. To end the show Chris came out and rapped Jesus Freak with Toby. What a great show. If you get the chance to see these guys in concert, take it. This is money well spent!

This event was so powerful. So moving. So touching. I felt there leaving more refreshed. God's love is amazing and to see all of those ppl coming together truely melts my heart.
Chris Tomlin, was great. However, Toby Macs music was so loud we couldn't understand a word he said. I thought we were there to worship God and Toby Mac was just trying to entertain. We left after the second song.
First of all I am a fan of Chris Tomlin and the presentation that God is leading him to share with those in attendance. I don't know that much about Toby Mac but I did leave before the show was over. Chris gave everything that I would hope for and I'm sure that Toby did the same for his fans. Chris leads worship while it seems to me Toby gives a very energetic performance. Both good on their own but I don't think they are that good on the same ticket.
Excellent Show! Highly recommend both Chris Tomlin and TobyMac!
