CHRIS JANSON IN CONCERT:
Country singer/songwriter Chris Janson is relatively new to the scene, but he's already earning praise as the future of country music. Hot on the heels of his 2013 debut full-length, Janson released follow-up album Take It to the Bank to critical acclaim in 2014, sealing the deal with fiery blue-collar performances that have earned him a reputation as one of the genre's most exciting live acts. Whether he's giving a mean harmonica solo or waxing romantic on songs like "'Til a Woman Comes Along," Janson never fails to captivate his audiences, promising big things to come as he hits the road for his 2014 tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Missouri, Janson was working as a songwriter as early as 18 years old, collaborating with the likes of Guns N' Roses' Bill Anderson and Holly Williams, granddaughter of Hank Williams, Sr. After relocating to Nashville, he landed a year-long residency at Tootsie's Orchid Lounger, where he caught the attention of Neil Young one night with a cover of Young classic "Cortez the Killer." Releasing his self-titled debut album in 2013, Janson landed two singles on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, "Better I Don't" and "Cut Me Some Slack," but it was his unpredictable live performances that really turned heads. Following the early-2014 release of sophomore album Take It to the Bank, Janson hit the road for a highly anticipated tour in support of the record.

Entertaining, high-energy, talented musician and singer! And THE ENCORE was nothing I’ve ever experienced before. It was like a whole other concert! Could not believe how many songs and how long he played. Look forward to the next time I’m able to see Chris in concert.
Chris Janson has the most fun I’ve seen an artist have on stage. Love him and his music! This was the 3rd show myself and my daughter have seen of Chris. He never disappoints! The venue was so cool, we loved it!

Chris Janson is the pied piper of country music! His endless energy sucks you right in. He leaves everything on the stage. We've attended 10 of his concerts and every one has been amazing!
Chris never fails to put on a great show! Treats every performance like his first. Cares about his audience. True performer and family man. Will definitely see him again.

I loved seeing everyone. We all sang and it was so great. All of the songs were amazing! I’m from Ohio but didn’t know Elle King was also from Ohio. Such a great time.

Chris Janson is a fantastic entertainer, he interacts with the fans, takes pictures with him while on stage. Chris janson is all about God, family, and country and proud to say it. He is will worth the money to go see him and won't disappoint. I first saw in Paris Tn at the Tennessee river jam June of this year and i think he was even better this time.
Out of the six concerts we attended this year, Chris Janson's was the most disappointing. There is absolutely nothing good that we could think of to say about it. The sound mix was off; however, he did make a reasonable attempt to personalize himself with audience but nothing helped.

Chris Janson gave a concert that I won't forget. My husband and I are concert goers. We'd seen 2 big concerts in a few weeks where we flew out to Canada and Nashville. Chris Janson was close a two hour drive to Charleston. We really enjoy him on the Opry. What we found at his concert was a remarkable singer, musician, entertainer and a really good man. Loved his duet with his son too.
He was awesome, so engaging and I’d see him again anytime! I do with they’d let the opener sing her last song.
Absolutely fantastic and wonderful show. I knew a few of his songs before showing up to the show but was blown away with what a great performance that he put on. He was over the top. His musical skills and abilities were so apparent. He is a true performer. His ability to play multiple instruments, and to be able to relate to the crowd the way he did and get them into it were superb. He even brought one of his children out on stage and sang a song with him. Something I had never seen before. He even made up a song on the fly before singing one of his own well-known songs. He had his own band smiling and cracking up along with everyone in the crowd. It was amazing and I would pay double if not more for tickets to see his next show. I had never seen a singer go from a guitar, harmonica, piano and then also take it away on the drums. He is truly one of the greats. Thank you, Chris Janson, for a wonderful show and looking forward to the next one. I wish you nothing but the best and success in the future. You totally deserve it. Thank you to the wonderful family that you have and to them for sharing you for a night with the rest of us!!
We had the best time. Love Chris and his music. He is super talented, witty, and kind. He shared his faith and family, and it was so sweet and fun. He is such a talent-I loved his music medley of other artist’s hits too. We will definitely see him again!
Big fan of Chris and we got more than what we paid for.....I knew I loved his music prior to seeing him live, but I can honestly say I appreciate it more now.
