Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Tickets

I took two children to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, not anticipating too much for myself, but it was a delight. Very well staged; the children were both so unpretentious on stage . . . but with great voices and presence. Absolutely loved "The Reveal" of the automobile . . . good sound, too, throughout. I could always appreciate dispensing with the few off-color, too mature innuendos . . . not sure what we fear will happen to a production without them. Is there some genre of ticket holder that simply cannot make it through a performance without something titillating or "raunchy," as my dear mum used to say? I did enjoy the performance tremendously. Thank you for it.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang was a fantastic musical. We took four children ranging in ages from 6 to 12 years old and each one loved it.

darling play, probably better than the movie! Even 10yr old son loved it. Music was fun, actors were delightful, car was "magic"! Super fun evening

I took my two nieces (ages 7 and 9) and we had a ball. The flying car was very impressive. I remembered a lot of the songs from the movie. If you can, get seats close to the stage. It was sometimes hard to tell who was talking with their "vulgarian" accents.

This was our first visit to gammage. We enjoyed our seats and the production. We just booked our tickets for Wicked and are eagerly waiting phantom of the opera to go on sale. We will keep coming back.

Although one would assume this is a play for kids....... i just have to tell you that adults will love this as well. We thoroughly enjoyed this play. Loved all the fantastic props used and the feel of oldtime musicals! You will enjoy a very entertaining evening by going to see Chitty Chitty Bang Bang!

I went to see Chitty because I know one of the local boys in the play. I thought it would be very childish. It was fabulous and very entertaining for me and for people of all ages. The flying car special effect was tremendous as were the lead actors.

It was great - a wonderful family show, but also great for just couples looking for nice day/night out. ASU Gamage is great facility too :)

The nostalgia factor led us to choose this event and we were very thrilled with the whole experience. The costumes and props were amazing, especially Chitty, and we heard several children singing along with the actors to the music. The only reason that I'm listing it as 4 stars is that there were a few sound problems at first.

My 9 year old loves watching the movie so I was hoping she'd would enjoy this event too. I was a little concerned that the music may not be true to the movie version but they were and my daughter was happy to sing along. We enjoyed ourselves & were totally entertained from begining to end.

If you have a family, this is a great musical for the young ones to enjoy. They will love the flying car (yes, there is a flying car!) as well as being actively engaged by the actors. Outstanding musical and highly recommended.

Great special effects, actors were also wonderful. Our seats limited our view.

What a wonderful way to spend a hot Texas afternoon!! My son and I attended a Saturday matinee performance of Chitty and we were awstruck! The performance was flawless, the actors, especially the children, were amazing, and the dogs were precious. Bravo!!!

We have been to a lot of musicals (Phantom, Lion King, Music Man, etc.) over the years, but this production was one of the best ones we have seen. The stage set and transitions was very well done. The visual with the "flying" car was spectacular! Our entire family enjoyed the production. We will go again..."Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, we love you!"

My husband and I saw the Broadway Blockbuster and it was one of the best that we have ever seen. We would highly recommend this show for anyone; children to adults. The state presentation was very well done. Color, Sound, Costumes, Actors, Actresses, were amazing.

The singing, acting and costumes were great. The way they made the car fly was really cool. The actor who played the Bulgarian Queen was amazing. This was our first time to the Gammage and we were a little disappointed at how small the stage was. The parking situation there is a little challenging as well.

The actors were great. The music was unforgetable.

The performances of the Stars were spectacular. It was fun to sing along with the songs that my sister and I sang as a little girls. The musical was fun for the whole family, but I enjoyed it the most.
