    Awesome Game (Despite The L)

by Razor1138 on 3/8/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

Game was on fire! The crowd was into the game, the players were playing hard, set a new MLS attendance record…only thing to make the night perfect would’ve been a win. Still a heck of a game!

    A part of History

    by G. H. on 3/8/22

This was the best event I’ve gone to in years. The Home opener at Bank Of America Stadium and I was 1 of 74,479 people packed into that Stadium to watch 90 minutes of some glorious Soccer. Everything about the pre-game was amazing! The Chants, The Hype, The Stars. Everything about it was awesome. The 90 minutes of soccer was great to. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Ultimately we lost which is fine. But in terms of overall enjoyment I give it a 11/10. I’m looking forward to watching the games on TV or in person. Good luck in the next match. GO CHARLOTTE!

    Incredible!

by Pablo on 3/8/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

The feeling of having an MLS team in my city is incredible! The support from community has been amazing. The stadium was well prepared for the massive crowd. I love football/soccer and there is still a lot to grow in terms of that aspect, along with chants… but overall the best sporting night in my life until now.

    Wonderful Atmosphere

by Jack on 3/7/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

I attended the inaugural match at Bank of America Stadium. It was my first soccer match and I feel like it was one of the best first matches anyone could have. Even thought we ended up losing the match, Charlotte FC put up a great fight and I feel like they really showed their potential to become a top tier MLS team in the future. I am proud to be a Charlotte FC fan and am excited to come to future matches.

    Lines too long

by Rogelio on 3/7/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

It took me the entirety of half time (15 minutes) plus 30 more minutes of the second half to get to the front of the food line, and they were out of hotdog buns and only had peanuts (no pizza either).

    An amazing experience

by Ellie on 3/7/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

I loved everything about the Inaugural Match! The outside festivities were fun, but the real fun was inside. I loved the DJ, the lights show was awesome, and the energy of the crowd during the actual match was so contagious it didn’t even matter that we didn’t win!

Charlotte FC, unprecedented amounts of potential

by quiqs on 3/7/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

Id like to start off by saying it felt great being apart of a new team’s history and finally being able to fully feel like a true fan of the game after playing for so many years, I write this as a fan and hopefully later on I become something bigger. I didn’t expect charlotte to end up competing against European levels of attendance for a league match, the atmosphere was insane and something I’ve never experienced before. But enough about the game, the real reason I’m make this review was to talk about ticket prices, this is why I said there was unprecedented amounts of potential, nearly 75k with these ticket prices is something you can only dream of and yet it came true, I can only imagine if the prices went down would we expect some new levels of attendance say possibly 80k, I can see it happening if they lower the prices. This was the 2nd biggest sporting event in the world as of writing this, the only event bigger being Liverpool vs Chelsea for the EFL Final. This game was a stepping stone for a much bigger thing to come, but it wont happen if the prices don’t go down.

    Surreal

by Antonio on 3/7/22Bank of America Stadium - Charlotte

From the Tailgate ,marching to the stadium, and finally reaching kickoff everything was just extraordinary! You would believe you were attending the Super Bowl or the World Cup! Despite a 1-0 loss to LA, Charlotte played their hearts out for the home fans, and put on an amazing show. Charlotte set new history for the MLS and American Football with 74,479 thousand fans showing up. Being in the stands was just something you had to be there to really even understand. Thank you Charlotte FC for the beautiful event I cannot wait to come again!
