  • Winning with Charlie Sheen

We truly enjoyed the Charlie Sheen Torpedo of Truth Tour at the Fox in Atlanta. He was a very decent and entertaining person and you felt like you spent your evening just hanging out with him. As a personal note, he does not need local radio personalities to try and fill the time, the audience came to see him. The comedien roast was brutal, funny and Charlie was a true sport in taking the flames. So glad Charlie is occupying his time and not sitting around and thanks for spending your Thursday night with us. Must see entertainment.

Sheen was an hour late. The show was in poor order with nothing coherent discussed. I walked in praising Charlie and walked out saying "well, I'm glad I know at least, that was a $237 lesson for the close seats" terribly diaappointed. No thank you!

I really wanted a refund. I can't believe I stayed until the end of the show. Really horrible. Pointless. he just wants to be rehired. Just give Chuck a call Charlie. Damn! Stop wasting everyone's time.

I enjoyed the show very much. Wish it could have been longer. I especially liked the meeting after the show. Wish that could have been longer too. Had an excellent night. Thank you.

The show was mildly entertaining. The guest that roasted him was the best part of the show.

  • Reality

    by SAINT2MARYS on 4/24/11DAR Constitution Hall - WashingtonRating: 3 out of 5

Charlie was up-front, stating that he did not have a structured program. Charlie does one-liners; he is not a comedian where he can stands alone to give a performance. I really enjoyed the Charlie Sheen "ROAST". I had hoped that when the audience was given the opportunity to ask Charlie Sheen questions that the questions would have been more thought provoking. When Charlie Sheen gets back to doing TV shows, I would really like to be in the audience.

  • Charlie Sheen LIVE: My Violent Torpedo of Truth

by rockstar120 on 4/24/11St Pete Times Forum - TampaRating: 5 out of 5

This show was very entertaining I didnt see one person leave. Go see Charlie it was worth every penny. I think the media has him black balled. The media was a frenzy of reporters looking for only bad comments to feed there ratings. I enjoyed the show.

  • Charlie gets beat up.

by Chihuahua007 on 4/24/11St Pete Times Forum - TampaRating: 3 out of 5

Some people were yelling not so nice things...glad most of them left early. Did not like the "Roast" as they said many mean and hurtful things of which no one is deserving.

Charlie Sheen mumbled on stage for 90 minutes and left. I was expected some cool stores or some new insight into his life, but I got nothing. I knew it was going to be a cluster when I bought the tickets, but I figured I'd leave knowing something new about the man.

  • Great show, Mostly

by airmel on 4/24/11St Pete Times Forum - TampaRating: 3 out of 5

Charlie himself was great, funny, raw, intereacts with the crowd well, as long as it was love. At the Tampa show we had a local DJ come on stage to "interview" Charlie and he stunk up the joint. Worst 10 minutes, Thank god Jeffery Ross came out and kicked Cowhead douchebag of the stage and saved the show. Did a roast on sheen that was hilarous.

  • train wreck

Half hour late to start - fine. No act or real direction - okay. After an hour we left.

  • Better than expected at some points

by Richards91 on 4/24/11St Pete Times Forum - TampaRating: 3 out of 5

Overall, it was pretty good. He hired a professional comedian to roast him on stage, which was hilarious. Definitely the best part of the show. He invited the audience to ask him questions but that was an epic failure, not on his part but because those who made it on stage were only trying to promote themselves. What more would you expect from Tampans, though??? Cowhead asked some really inappropriate questions that even Charlie wouldn't answer. He did a good job side-stepping them. I wish he had been a little crazier though.

This show is a must see if you are a fan of Charlie or are just curios in the slightest. Honestly it is a littler hard to put into words what an awesome experience it was. I would recommend it and would gladly pay again to see it.

Great show. Charlie was coherent,funny,well-behaved (for Charlie). Weak moments in the show were not attributable to him,but to interviewers, including a local radio DJ. Met him afterward,he took time to chat with me even though people were in line for photos. Very personable.

It was unforgettably bad. I did not even come close to laughing.

  • Charlie Sheen Sucked!!!

by Anonymous on 4/23/11Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 1 out of 5

It was a was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent in my life. The show was totally unscripted and fly by night. No structure and complete waste of time. Don't waste your time and money like I did.

  • Single-handedly bringing back Vaudeville!

by Deelzbub on 4/23/11Fox Theatre Atlanta - AtlantaRating: 4 out of 5

Charlie + ATL = Winning Combo! Glad I got to see Charlie Sheen's (almost) one-man show. Good show overall. You can tell he's working out the bugs as the tour progresses. And what works in one city doesn't always translate to the next. Open of show was good, Charlie was funny, and the crowd was up. I was glad when he gave the interviewing DJs the boot. They were terrible! If I wanted to hear two local DJs talk about themselves, I could turn on the radio for free. After that, Charlie brought in comedian Jeffrey Ross, who saved the show. Questions from the audience was funny and just long enough. Sheen finished off with a closing monologue, which was good, but sounded a little rehearsed. I think the audience wanted more of Charlie's stream-of-consciousness-musings and stories about his partying days. The rapper at the close of show was not bad, but I was hoping for a Snoop Dogg clip, at least. Charlie Sheen - Single-handedly bringing back Vaudeville!
