After releasing the single “SuperLove” in 2013, Charli’s commercial breakthrough arrived the following year with her sophomore LP Sucker (2014) featuring the single “Boom Clap,” which peaked at No. 8 on the Billboard Hot 100 and marked Charli’s highest-charting solo single to date. Ahead of the album’s release, the singer also collaborated with Iggy Azalea on the No. 1 hit “Fancy.” Further projects in Charli’s discography include the EP Vroom Vroom (2016), mixtapes Number 1 Angel and Pop 2 (both 2017) and studio albums Charli (2019), How I’m Feeling Now (2020) and Crash (2022). Charli was phenomenal. I danced my heart out the whole night. Best concert of my life.
Experience was very smooth and seamless with staff directing us, but I wish there was a map specifying where food, merch, and the stage was
i may be a little biased but charli xcx is one of the most entertaining performers I've ever seen. her music means so much to me and being a space with other fans who understand the music is always a highlight. the brat tour really came full circle too. as I watched her perform songs spanning her career from "i love it"to literally any song on brat, i was reminded how long she's been working towards this and its really beautiful to see. her music has always felt so fun to me, it will always put a smile on my face to hear vroom vroom and think about how I screamed that song with her live. however, what i loved about watching her during this tour was watching her perform her more sad songs like "so i"and "i might say something stupid". these songs have not typically been included in the brat summer discussion but i believe are a quintessential experience of brat summer. it's not all bumping that or being so julia, sometimes you remember you have a limited time on this earth with the death of a loved on like on "so i", or feel the crushing weight of being in a room and feeling like no one cares or will care in "i might say something stupid". Seeing her say "i look perfect for the background"to a stadium full of people in brooklyn on her third night of selling it out was a moment that showed me these feelings are human, and can often lead to beautiful moments like what i just witnessed. Finally, the inclusion of the "so i remix"right after "so i"made me so happy and I think really captured a beautiful part of the grieving process where you share your memories of a loved one with others and keep their story alive, seeing her do her thing on stage while singing this song healed something in me. I feel so blessed to live in this timeline when i think of the music i have had the pleasure of seeing live like mrs. should have been headliner herself <3
Seats are so far away from the stage, even the good ones. Standing area was only a 1/4 full
This was my second time seeing Charli XCX and she is an amazing performer. The whole venue felt like a club and it was so nice how Barclays had personal touches like the walls plastered with Charli related backdrops such as the Brat wall. Even the bathroom mirrors were themed with decals on them. Charli XCX had an amazing performance and I can’t wait to see her again in the future!!
10/10 highly recommend. Energy was there, crowd was having fun without being too crazy, & it was organized. Will 4EVER be a Charli Stan.
I think I was the oldest person in all of Barclays but didn't let that bother me and had a great time. Charli did it all without any background dancers or singers or much in the way of effects - but she held attention!
she was amazing i want to see her again and again. i had the best time ever. track 10 was unreal. i love you charli
Brat was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Charli's performance was beyond impressive and I wish I had gone to earlier shows during her brat era. However, I was disappointed with the viewing of the performance. I sat in section 225 of the Barclay's Center and wasn't able to see about 30% of the show due to the screens not showing any images and/or part of Charli's performance being obstructed by the screens. I hope in the future her team will be more mindful of every view in venue, and not just for those who are front and center of the stage.
Unreal. Incredible. Staff was great. Easy getting in, easy to get drinks. 10/10 experience, you guys rock!
No back up dancers, just her and incredible energy to keep and maintain a crowd like that is incredible!!!!
she always puts on an amazing show, a little bummed that she didn’t bring out any special guests for brooklyn night 1 but it was still an iconic show, she brings the energy out to everyone in all seats
Charli put on the best show I have ever seen. She brought the energy and I had so much fun, after I immediately wanted to buy tickets for the second date.
The concert was super enjoyable and amazing! Charli put on a great show and the crowd was very energetic. Target Center was a great venue with convenient parking ramps.
well organised & efficient entry, great venue & warm up set by the dj, & charli xcx say no more she killed it 🔥
Great venue for a concert, warm up dj had a smashing set, everything was well signposted & quick easy exit afterwards
Incredible, unique, never been done before, would see it again in a heartbeat
Having seen Charli at various venue sizes, it amazes me to see that she’s still able to command a crowd at this level. Brat summer forever 💚
life changing. thank you charli you’re everything and more
I loved the setlist, her energy delivered. The crowd was hype and she knew exactly what to do. Would definitely go again, the second concert I’ve ever been to and I loved it
