  • Champions of both magic and entertainment!

by SnehaSagg on 2/19/18Hippodrome - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

This was probably the greatest show i've ever seen live. The special effects are UNMATCHED. I saw them perform at the Hippodrome in Baltimore and it was everything you could want in a show and more! It has comedy, magic, suspense, etc. Everyone, Alex in particular, was very charming. The magicians come from a range of backgrounds and have a variety of acts that will cater to any audience. They even allow and sell snacks to enjoy while watching. The show was also very audience engaging and had you on the edge of your seat, there were even opportunities for audience engagement during the intermission. I was in complete awe and I have no idea how or why anyone could rate this show less than 5 stars. I believe those people just came to debunk the acts - but you have to come to enjoy! It's fun for all ages and all occasions. For instance, I attended for a date night and was blown away but saw everyone from young to old enjoying the show. It's a definite must see!

The performance was great. Time seemed to fly by. The performers engaged the audience. A very enjoyable show.

  • Great family show

by Slp2001 on 2/19/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 4 out of 5

Great entertainment that had us wondering, laughing, and having fun! Some of the tricks were easy to figure out, others were pretty amazing! We took a group from age 9-76 and everyone enjoyed the show.

  • Champions of Magic good for kids

by KDTT on 2/19/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 3 out of 5

Champions of Magic was just ok. A lot of the usual magic performed. It was more geared towards kids. I would have liked some magic Ive never seen before.

Not worth it. Too much money for a disappointing act.

  • Opening Night

by SteveSmith on 2/18/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

Started out a little slow, though still very good, and finished with a roar!!! Great show, especially if seated up front.

  • Don't Let Your Money Vanish

by Obxer2018 on 2/18/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 1 out of 5

We saw the show at the Hippodrome. The Hipp is a great theater. The. show started 15 minutes late with no explanation. The opening act was a very basic hidden dove show. We were expecting a might higher quality. Many of the illusions were done in such a way that the "trick" was evident. It was more of a cute comedy show than a true magic/illusion show. These guys have nothing on David Copperfield. The fan illusion was a joke as was the final disappearing act. Alexander, the "mind reader", was the most compelling and convincing. The first half was barely 45 minutes long followed by a 25 minute intermission. We would not recommend. The trick of the night was watching our money disappear.

  • Ok magic show

by Lucasbenji on 2/18/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 4 out of 5

Thought it would be more “illusionist “ and mystical with less comedy but it was still pretty good

  • Amateur Cruise Ship type of show

by AmandaG123 on 2/18/18Hippodrome at France-Merrick Performing Arts Center - BaltimoreRating: 1 out of 5

This event cost my husband and I over $200 with parking tickets and dinner and it was absolutely terrible. I have seen better magic acts from BOBo the clown at children’s birthday parties.

  • Great family fun and really good magic.

    by Rick174757 on 1/23/18Theatre, Cleveland - TheatreRating: 5 out of 5

Saw the show at Playhouse Square - we've seen a lot of performances there but this has been one of our favorites. Great family fun and really good magic.

  • Children's show and no Presto

by WIXYDJ on 1/6/18Playhouse square - ClevelandRating: 3 out of 5

Adequate tricks for kids but don't expect Penn and Teller caliber magic though ticket prices for floor seats were averaging $100. Most of these gags have been revealed over the past years and the other prestidigitation is painfully obvious with the black background curtain. But the one most disingenious item was the absence of the most established performer, Fay Presto, after a slew of pre appearance advertising listing her as the Queen's favorite magician. Then also no announcement prior to their appearance at Cleveland PlayhouseSquare that Presto would not appear. Word is that she is no longer associated with the act.

This show is the caliber of a Broadway show with the funny and wow of the greatest magic show ever. Truly great for all ages and has helped to bridge the gap between young and old. Look out for the grand illusion. Really Really Cool

  • Illusions for everyone

by GraemeD on 12/13/17The Villages Florida and Thousand Oaks California - The VillagesRating: 5 out of 5

Saw this show twice - in Florida and then in Cali - really fun show and took the family the second time because we enjoyed the first time so much. Well worth seeing. Go!

  • Fantastic illusions

    by SEASTER12 on 12/11/17Pantages Theater - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Saw the show in Winnipeg while visiting family and thought it was just wonderful. Magic for all ages - we had children aged 6 and seniors over 70 in our group who all loved it. Lots of big tricks and smaller close-up magic shown on the screen. Really exciting, fantastic show. Also very funny.

  • Incredible family show!

by CGund on 12/3/17Thousand Oaks PAC - Thousand OaksRating: 5 out of 5

Saw the show in Thousand Oaks and then went again in Cerritos so we could take friends along. The show is really spectacular and great fun for the whole family. I don't want to give anything away, but the finale is mindblowing.
