About Chad Daniels
Chad Daniels in Concert
At first glance, Chad Daniels seems like he could be your average, everyday guy, but as soon as the Minnesotan comic opens up his mouth, the eccentricities begin to make themselves plain. Even while Daniels is letting you in on the absurdities he sees all around him, he maintains his amiable, next-door-neighbor vibe. There's nothing over-the-top, just the unvarnished observations of someone who views the world in an entertainingly weird way. At the core of Daniels' comedy is the manner in which people relate to each other, be they friends, family, coworkers or even strangers. Daniels is a dad, and over time, he's come to include his parenthood experiences in his act, with his Dad Chaniels special being a perfect example. Don't be surprised if you come away from his show recognizing a bit of yourself somewhere in the mix.
Chad Daniels Background
Today Chad Daniels is a ubiquitous figure on the stand-up comedy circuit, but the Minnesota native got his start in the late '90s far from the traditional entertainment hubs, first working out his craft on his home territory and then in the chilly climes of North Dakota. Reaching the finals of a Comedy Central competition in 2003 was what really kick-started his career. By the mid 2000s, Chad Daniels was all over the place, bringing his subtly twisted sensibilities to comedy clubs all over the country. He has made the rounds of the late-night TV shows, appearing on Conan O'Brien, Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson's shows, as well as popping up on multiple Comedy Central shows. His skewed, satirical outlook can be experienced on a hilarious batch of albums as well as stand-up specials like As Is, I Need You to Kill and Dad Chaniels, but there's nothing like catching him onstage.

Everything was amazing... venue was roomy and Chad was really funny
Daniels is absolutely brilliant. The venue is great, however the crowd that night was a little iffy, in the way there was a weird vibe-- half the crowd was waiting for "the magic" to happen while the other half couldn't wait to heckle. Daniels held court, maintained his composure, did all his time with hilariously succinct delivery.
Chad Daniels was hilarious! The punchline had great drinks.
I never really watched comedy until I heard Chad michaels on pandora and I had to google his next tour. I was not disappointed. He was amazing. Had a few bad jokes but that can happen with anyone. Highly recommend!!! Not for people who get offended or take things personally
Holy hell! True sincere belly laughing, brilliant, edgy, relatable and I really hope to see him again, very funny human being. If you like comedy stand up, in my opinion, one of the best
This was the 2nd time we've seen him. It was all new material which was even better. Won't miss another show.
Chad Daniels is currently my favorite comedian. I've seen a lot of comics live, but he stands out. He delivers some of the most honest and intelligent humor. Go see him at a club near you...
Content was full of non funny, slightly questionable content. Chad felt compelled to joke about receiving anal sex and calling out those against it as homophobic, sacrificing his own son just for his own benefit, and pouring out negative rage on stage. The show was toxic and it was one of the worse times I had ever been to the Punchline. Sad.
Chad Daniels is totally awesome. I listen to him at work a lot and I finally got to see him perform. He was so incredibly great live. I recommend him to everyone. His delivery is *flawless*, and mind you, that's where a lot of comedians screw up. But he's so comfortable on stage and he's really charismatic so it's great to watch him.
