About Chad Daniels
Chad Daniels in Concert
At first glance, Chad Daniels seems like he could be your average, everyday guy, but as soon as the Minnesotan comic opens up his mouth, the eccentricities begin to make themselves plain. Even while Daniels is letting you in on the absurdities he sees all around him, he maintains his amiable, next-door-neighbor vibe. There's nothing over-the-top, just the unvarnished observations of someone who views the world in an entertainingly weird way. At the core of Daniels' comedy is the manner in which people relate to each other, be they friends, family, coworkers or even strangers. Daniels is a dad, and over time, he's come to include his parenthood experiences in his act, with his Dad Chaniels special being a perfect example. Don't be surprised if you come away from his show recognizing a bit of yourself somewhere in the mix.
Chad Daniels Background
Today Chad Daniels is a ubiquitous figure on the stand-up comedy circuit, but the Minnesota native got his start in the late '90s far from the traditional entertainment hubs, first working out his craft on his home territory and then in the chilly climes of North Dakota. Reaching the finals of a Comedy Central competition in 2003 was what really kick-started his career. By the mid 2000s, Chad Daniels was all over the place, bringing his subtly twisted sensibilities to comedy clubs all over the country. He has made the rounds of the late-night TV shows, appearing on Conan O'Brien, Craig Kilborn and Craig Ferguson's shows, as well as popping up on multiple Comedy Central shows. His skewed, satirical outlook can be experienced on a hilarious batch of albums as well as stand-up specials like As Is, I Need You to Kill and Dad Chaniels, but there's nothing like catching him onstage.

Club was nice, they need better tables, as 1 should be shared by 4, but it is too small. Chad was funny as always. I wish people would not ruin the show but shouting thing out or try and argue with the comedians. The event was a good all around.
He was hilarious! I wasn't familiar with his comedy when I bought the tickets, since we were just looking for something to go do that evening. He was sharp, witty, funny and delightfully insulting! We went home and looked him up after that. Would definitely watch him again.
This guy is our favorite comic! He shares our snide, ironic view on life. His son's antics remind us of our boys. He dances over to the crude side but, doesn't stay there. Thank you so much for coming to Sacramento, Chad! It was a pleasure.
Amazing sets the entire night from both Chad and Ran! Only complaint would be about the venue not being fully organized about the seating which made a lot of people who only paid for the second show pretty mad, but thankfully, I was one of the people who went for both!
We attended the early show and absolutely loved it!! When we got there I was a little disappointed to find out that rather than it being a normal early and late show they were actually going to be two different sets. We drove from a couple hours away and hadn't planed on staying in Madison so were unable to alter our plans and missed the second set. While there, I found out that Chad talked a lot about this on his podcast and social media but it's not one I listen to or keep track of so I did not see that and that's on me. I do wish Ticketmaster and The Orpheum would have advertised a little differently to make it clearer that the show was going to be so much different than a normal comedy set. That was really my only complaint, otherwise we loved the venue, loved the show, and can't wait to see the second set when it is released on TV!
We got to sit in the upper deck front row to be "filler" for the live taping. The seats ended up being the best in the house. Excellent show!
The shows were amazing! Chad taped two specials in one night and absolutely killed!
Amazing. The venue was stunning. Ran and Chad killed it. So worth the drive from Duluth.
Crying laughing the majority of the time, one of my favorites
Love his sense of humor. Sarcastic with a lot of irony. would definitely see him again. Punchline is a great place to see a show. The tables have good spacing and every seat gives you a good view of the stage
I had such a great night. The staff were all really friendly & helpful. Chad had me laughing the whole time. Even the openers were really funny & we really good at getting the crowd going. I can't wait to go back.
All three comedians were so funny. Chad Daniels is a must see. Did not stop laughing once!
Chad is an amazing comic that knows how to interact with the crowd and improve any show, great story’s, amazing on the spot improve! The punchline SF Is a great club, love the view of the city outside the venue. I’ll be there next time Chad visits SF.
2nd time seeing Chad Daniels and can't wait to see him again!! Keep coming to Louisville ♥️
This even was soo fun. We even got to get a picture with Chad Daniels! The staff was super nice. We had a great time. Can't wait till he comes back next year.
I impulsively purchased tickets after hearing Chad’s ad on Pandora... I’m so glad that I did! The show was excellent! There was one point in the show where I didn’t think I could physically handling laughing anymore. I’ve always enjoyed Chad’s comedy but seeing him live was above and beyond. Will definitely check him out again. He’s my kind of comic - and apparently available! 😏
Laughed out loud the entire show as did the whole audience
Chad Daniels had me tearing up within the first 5 minutes of his act. Great comedian I would definitely recommend him to anybody.
If you’re a fan of stand up comedy, Chad Daniels is the gold standard
