Worst concert experience of my life
by Cardilover on 10/22/17Echostage - WashingtonRating: 1 out of 5First, we had to wait an hour and a half in line. I’m talking at least half a mile from the venue. Then we finally got in around 11:30 after arriving at Echostage at 10:00pm, feet and ankles aching, pushed our way towards the middle to front. Then we proceeded to wait hours. And hours. And hours. Listening to music that I could happily listen to on Spotify in my comfortable home where I’m not being pushed and having drinks spilled on me by everyone around me, as well as getting my feet stepped on by heels whenever a huge fight broke out (there were at least two). Cardi finally came on at 1:40. So many phones in the air, no matter how close I was to the stage, I still couldn’t see her. She sang about 4 or 5 songs, and left. Without saying goodbye or thank you. My back was killing me by the time she came on and I didn’t even care to see her at that point and I am a huge fan of hers. Thanks echostage and her crew for an absolutely awful experience and night for everyone inside. I’ve been to make concerts and this was by far the worst.
