I could watch them again and again and again. They never lose their magic and always sound amazing and fresh. And funny! Some concerts leave you just wishing you had put their album on at home. Not Carbon Leaf! And the Tally Ho Theater was a delight with great parking.
Carbon Leaf really brought it. Played a lot of old stuff, the energy was high the entire show. Tally Ho sounded good, the bartenders were friendly and CL fans know how to have a good time. Barry and the boys never disappoint and aren't slowing down.
These last few shows of the year are stellar in every way!! The set list this year was magnificent!!! It's an annual tradition for 8-10 of us!!!
I’ve seen Carbon Leaf more than any other band and plan on seeing them at least once a year for as long as they tour. Great music, and a fun & lively experience for all. Wear comfortable shoes cause you’re gonna wanna move/bounce/dance!!
They sounded Excellent and the Setlist was Perfect for the Holidays!
This was our first time seeing them at The Birchmere, and it was an absolute blast. I honestly think it was the best setlist I've seen in 20+ shows.

No other band compares to Carbon Leaf when it comes to a live show/concert. Their interaction with the audience is phenomenal!! They have energy that lasts throughout the whole show with no breaks or intermissions. Their voices, harmonies, musical abilities are extraordinary! Love this band and the music they perform❣️
Great show! Who was the first time I saw a car and leave and they did not disappoint. Very interactive with the crowd which was nice.
Talented musicians with great stage presence! I would definitely recommend them and I plan to see Carbon Leaf again in the future!
Carbon Leaf didn't disappoint. They provided their usual energy and harmonies. The Peppermint Club was a perfect venue for them making the show as immersive as ever.
I’ve been a fan for years, but never seen them live. They put on an amazing show and I loved watching them bring my favorite songs to life! I also ran into the band members taking a walk before the show, and that just added to the experience :) Oh yeah, and the guy doing the lights is absolutely brilliant!
The members of Carbon Leaf are talented (so talented!) and always make the crowd have a great musical experience. Friendly on stage and off, they really do “welcome you in.” Go see them! The venue was nice, intimate and casual. Great to have them come to Hampton (Virginia).
Small theater, amazing music (as usual), cool lights and just fun interactions with the crowd. I’ve never had any less than a fantastic time at a carbon leaf show!!!
Carbon Leaf’s return to the Jefferson in Charlottesville was a splendid evening to be had by anyone who has ever listened to Carbon Leaf … and if you’ve never heard them before, you will want to see them live time and again !!!
I have seen over 50 Carbon Leaf shows and they never fail to bring A-game music and performance energy. Apart from musical talent, the band members are genuinely great humans and a joy to support. We literally plan our calendar around their touring dates because a Carbon Leaf show is not to be missed.
Carbon Leaf puts on an amazing live show, every single time!!! They are so down to earth and personable with their fans was well. Such great guys! Love that some shows are kid friendly and we can teach the next generation about good music :)
Amazing show - great energy - been a fan since discovering them playing for $1 at a local restaurant in Farmville, VA. Only feedback for the show -- the Jefferson has balconies - and the show lights would often blast us right in the face -- please work those angles better so we aren't blind the next day.
I've seen Carbon Leaf 3 times now, twice at the Tally-ho. They always put on a great show! They opened with a cover of 99 Luft Balloon. When they started playing they released a net full of red balloons that were in the ceiling over the sold out crowd. They played the usual favorites, minus Mary Mac (bummer), and played a few deep tracks too! If you like American folk and Celtic rock, go see them live. You will not be disappointed.
Suffered a severe panic attack an hour before the show so I was able to go. But the band’s following shared with me that it was an unbelievably (though not unexpectedly) incredible show and experience!
