Great band that truly loves performing for their lifelong fans and for their new fans. Thank you!
The December Carbon Leaf show has become a staple of our Christmas traditions. The guys are great and the music is wonderful and gets us in the mood for the holiday season. Can wait to see them again next year!
A delightful space with excellent service ensured that Carbon Leaf would deliver their A-game. As always, the lads nailed their unique blend of alt-country, Roots, American-Indie-Rock brilliance to an audience hungry for fun and end-of-2022 musicological celebration. I'm happy to say that two members of my group are new to the Carbon Leaf experience and are now permanently in orbit. Great group, great space, great evening.
Venue Elevation 27 was great, easy to get to staff was nice and welcoming. Band started exactly on time. Carbon leaf always puts on a great show, energetic, fun, gets crowd involved music sounds fabulous! Overall an excellent night!
Like I said, Best Band in the Land! I will continue being their number 1 Fan from Iowa until the day I die! Show was the best ever yet, acoustics were fantastic, the overall show was amazing. As long as you keep selling tickets, I will keep buying whenever they are playing close to my doorstep. Thank you Carbon Leaf for remaining true to you fans!!
Carbon Leaf never fails to disappoint with vibrant, toe-tapping jams. I’m biased, having loving them for nearly 20 years, but they’re the only band that makes me drive 4hrs to your venue. If you have an adventurous soul, if you love and pain deeply, if you just like some ether-electrified porch music go see this exceptional quintet that is Carbon Leaf
So much fun listening to my favorite songs live. Only took me 17 years to make it happen!
Tally Ho has surprisingly good acoustics - the show wasn't so loud as to damage your hearing which was shocking and lovely. We sat in the VIP balcony area for the show - def. not an area you want to be late to. Finding a good seat wasn't easy and we entered a few min. early like everyone else. The railing seats were snatched up VERY quickly. We were on a hightop table behind the first row of people seated at the railing and it was nice. Way better than standing all night. That said, the venue is SPARSE on food and they have a limited but decent bar. But long story short. CARBON LEAF was amazing. So grateful to get to see them live again!
Paid for the VIP seats which was totally worth it! Great view from the balcony and not a bit crowded. Carbon Leaf sounded incredible! Can’t wait to see more shows at the TallyHo!
They are truely a fantastic group, excellent song writing and music. I am surprised they are still playing to such small audiences - highly recommend seeing them.
Exactly, exactly what I remember. Truth being, the first time I heard there were maybe 20 people in the small bar in Knoxville Tennessee; The “leaves clattering in vain” ringing through my mind every single year. Thank you Ticketmaster for making the event available to me again. Thank you to Carbon Leaf for true entertainment. Leaving all who hear and listen in deep, heart-felt contemplation
Electrifying live band. Sound was a little smeared, but the performance shone through. Wonderful venue with great staff, easy ticketing.
Carbon Leaf is the most awesome band ever. Their sound blends together with harmonies that keeps your feet tapping, your hands clapping and your body swaying. The playlists varies so if you are fortunate to see often you get a taste of all their recordings. My only wish was that Midwestern Girl would have been left on the playlist for Madison. Minneapolis got it and they aren’t as close to Iowa as Madison is. You had Iowa fans in the crowd at Madison. We had our fingers crossed it would be played and it wasn’t. Otherwise the show was fantastic. A few times the sound system was vibrating and interfering with their concert but other than that, CL rocked our night away!!
We enjoyed another great show with Carbon Leaf! They always bring an amazing energy with their performances and we look forward to seeing them again!
I’m a huge Carbon Leaf fan and they did not disappoint! They were absolutely amazing, even though they had some sound issues, they recovered gracefully. I’m giving 5 stars to Carbon Leaf alone, if I could rate the venue separately I’d give them 1 star. The stage was like a poetry reading stage… it was super tiny and they clearly didn’t have enough room to even breathe. The pictures of the venue online is horribly deceiving. We were packed in like sardines in a tiny can. The staff was rude. It had started to rain and we wanted to wait inside for our ride and we were told very rudely that we had to wait outside. Overall, Carbon Leaf was and is the absolute best, and the venue sucks.
I know that Carbon Leaf stops in Alexandria pretty much every December. I'll be attending every year from now on. What a great show!
Carbon Leaf can’t be outdone when it comes to live shows. They Cater to all ages and never disappoint.
The Port City Music Hall in Portland Maine was the perfect venue to see this very talented band. They rocked the joint and even did a song or two all acoustic.
We've seen this band multiple times, and each show is better than the last. Great venue, small and intimate.
