California Guitar Trio Tickets

Sounds a bit like The Three Musketeers. And it is a bit. The California Guitar Trio is the epitome in acoustic music. They make it look and sound so easy. And one knows it is not. Behind their unique sound is practice and rehearsal for hours----days----weeks----months----years! Much like the Musketeers mastering their swords. The outstanding things about their music are their original melodic creations. Composed by the individuals or created together as a group, there isn't anything that compares with their inventive sounds. Sometimes exciting, sometimes breathtakingly beautiful, their creations are pure joy! If they come your way, don't miss the chance to see them!

Didn't know what to expect, but we were thrilled by the performances of the two trios and when blended together it was absolutely OUTSTANDING.

Amazingly talented and dedicated to their arts! They kept the audience entertained through every song.

These hree gentleman brought a variety of Christmas and non-Christmas guitar playing talent the stage. I highly recommend anyone who has a chance to see them to go. One Player from Japan, one player from Europe, and one player from California. They received multiple standing ovations throughout the concert. Absolute virtuosos. They've been together 25 years and the experience and talent shine throughout.

This trio played both Christmas and non-holiday music. They are such talented guitarists and the melodies were beautiful. Their original pieces, though, are the ones that stole our hearts. They have so much personal passion and story-telling that is evident in their pieces. 3 men from 3 different parts of the world

It's the 2nd time I've seen them. They are a joy to take in and with a repertoire from Bach to Bohemian Rhapsody with some country and surf music thrown in, always extremely enjoyable.

The mixture of nylon string & steel string was amazing. The transcription of the Bach piece was a delightful surprise, masterful in performance. George Harrison's, "while my guitar gently weeps" was the absolute best. I wish George Harrison was alive to hear their version. The group did quite a honorable tribute to George and the audience was held in awe with that performance. I hope they will tour together again. I would definetly get tickets to see them. Seeing the group at city stage was great, the intimate atmosphere was a pleasure. One could watch the finger picking and the six gentlemen appeared to really have a good time jamin together.

The California Guitar Trio were great! We enjoyed the show very much and along with the Montreal Guitar Trio the show was well worth it. Some of the old song renditions were real reminders of days gone by, but not forgotten.
