Very organized and good time! View was great and lots of people there to help! Music was phenomenal!!
An hour to get in and a hour to get out. 2 mile walk from parking to stadium. What a joke. Would never attend another event at OSU. Can’t believe they don’t have a better set up for parking at a major college. As far as the concert goes, it was fun.
All the entertainment was great. Had to park about 2 miles away. Then we really didn’t have seats. Benches uncomfortable and zero space. Would not attend another concert at the venue.
This was the best concert I’ve ever seen, the long hours driving was all worth it, we love George Strait and Cris Stapleton, amazing show.
Traffic in & out was a NIGHTMARE!! OVER AN HOUR to move a couple blocks. We had a ride & had to walk into & out several blocks to get to it!!! Seats crowded, people hostile, touching each other if you moved at all. We have attended our last event at the Shoe. Ever. Not worth $400 per person. 👎
Great show, great tailgating and a good variety of concessions
The concert was everything we expected and was amazing. The lines to the concessions and restrooms were reasonable. The greatest disappointment was that the information sent stated that there would be shuttles running from the parking lots. The information stated that the last shuttle would run 1/2 hour AFTER the concert ended. THERE WERE NO SHUTTLES! I asked several people working at the stadium and they all said they didn't know of any shuttles running. The only thing available were "tandem" bikes with seating for 5 ppl charging $25-30/couple for a one way ride to the ramp entering the stadium area. We parked in the Scarlet parking lot (handicapped) because my husband is handicapped (breathing & heart issues) and thought that was where a shuttle would be- NO SUCH LUCK! Very disappointed with the situation.
George Strait was AMAZING! the seats, were garbage. they put too many in the floor just to make quick money. you had 0 room to move. ended up standing towards the side of the stadium the whole time. chairs were ziptied, it was terrible. but music, was amazing!!!
Parking was an absolute NIGHTMARE! Concession and merch lines were at least 20-40 minutes long, just to get up there and be told things were unavailable. The acts were great when you could hear what they were saying. I think next time preparation for a huge crowd would be so beneficial!
Ohio Stadium has the most uncomfortable seats I have ever experienced in 30 years of concert going. Benches that are not suitable for long periods of sitting. Also, whoever decided the spacing for the seat numbers has never met an average American. That being said, Little Big Town, Chris Stapleton, and George Strait were all fantastic.
I say once in a while because, in my opinion, the price of tickets and consession food and drinks are way too high. Other than that it was fine. We enjoyed the musicians, and meeting the folks around us.
Went to Country Superfest with my wife, son & daughter in law (she’s a HUGE George Strait fan!!) Parking was easy, other than traffic, but that’s to be expected. Entry into stadium was quick and easy. Line for merchandise went pretty smoothly, food was a little bit overpriced for what they offered, $10 for a hot dog & small bag of chips!?! With all that being said, we enjoyed the concert immensely! Chris Stapleton put on an excellent show. Said he wasn’t going to talk much because we came here to hear him sing & play, which he did a LOT of! George Strait was the icing on the cake! Played for over 2 hours & played all of his hits (only one he didn’t play was Seashore of Old Mexico, one of my favorite songs!). Overall was well worth all the $$ I paid!! Would definitely do it all over again!
I’ve been to a lot of concerts over the years, but this was hands down the best ever. Bring George back every year until he retires from doing live shows.
Warren zeiders was good 2 and1/2 stars little big town 2 stars (girl band) ok chris stapelton 2 stars too much grinding on his guitar which would last too long george strait 2 stars boring and he forgot to mention warren zeiders which I thought was very rude and did not play enough of his old songs
This was a great concert line-up and I loved watching the show. I really have to compliment the staff. Every staff person that I had the pleasure of speaking with exceptionally nice. I talked to vendors, security and they were all kind and informative. For as big as this venue is, it was a pleasure.
The worst acoustics I have ever experienced. Most of the concert was just a loud roar. Had they turned everything down a little the sound would have been better. I won’t be back at this venue!!
We had no problem with traffic delays. Getting into the stadium was fast. Crowd seemed in control. All the performers put on a great show. George was fantastic!!!
The city of Columbus and the OSU people really know how to get people/cars in and out of that venue. It was wonderful. As far as the show, video screens too small, bad angles, the bench seats were ridiculous. You could learn a thing or two from Garth Brooks.
George & Chris were AMAZING ... the sound quality of the event could definitely be better; couldn't understand what they were saying when they spoke 😉
