About

British metalcore outfit Bring Me the Horizon had its biggest US chart success to date in 2013 with the album Sempiternal, which reached  No. 11 on the Billboard 200. The quintet -- guitarist Lee Malia, bassist Mat Kean, drummer Matt Nicholls and keyboardist Jordan Fish -- followed up the album with concerts around the world, including a stint on the Vans Warped Tour and a co-headlining jaunt though the US with Australian metalcore band Parkway Drive, giving fans plenty of chances to pick up tickets to see the rising group. Sempiternal -- produced by Terry Date (Linkin Park, Deftones) -- marked a further evolution of Bring Me the Horizon, which began as a deathcore band but now has a more nuanced, varied, and melodic sound. On stage, the group has a reputation for delivering energetic performances, and has developed into a very tight unit by playing hundreds of concerts over the last decade.

  • Great show!

    by BTR1266 on 3/17/17Masonic Temple - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

The music sounded phenomenal! I wish more shows were here. I've been to larger and smaller venues and this was one of the best shows I've ever seen and heard - my eardrums were dancing, you could feel the music the way music was intended - to feel in every cell of your body. It was a little difficult to understand them when they talked but I don't know if it was just them speaking too close to the mic or the acoustics were only meant for music and song but other than that it was great.

  • Bring me the horizon was amazing

This concert was awesome! My daughters favourite band and we were so stoked to see them live!

  • Literoni pepperoni

by Stoodles on 3/17/17Masonic Temple - DetroitRating: 3 out of 5

The line to get in was stupid long, arrived at 6:15, didn't even make it in the staging area until beartooth was playing their final song, Underoath was a little underwhelming and both bands were having hardware issues (although it could have just been the venue) as the stage left speaker stack kept cutting out ruining the experience. Bring me the horizon brought their A game, and their stage presence and visuals were the absolute selling point of the event. Next time they are in town they need a bigger arena to play in.

  • BMTH killed it in Detroit!

by Slodyrd on 3/17/17Masonic Temple - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

The lads were awesome and so glad they came back for a second round in the US!!

  • BMTH was great, didn't get to see Beartooth

by goathog on 3/16/17Aragon Ballroom - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

I would not recommend the Aragon Ballroom to anyone after the shenanigans they pulled. Sure it's a cool looking, historic place but they need to work on their communication skills. Every indication I saw (ticket, Facebook) showed the event starting at 7 PM. I made it in the venue (after a long line outside) at 7:04 PM and Beartooth had already played. Apparently they started them at 6:35 PM and didn't tell anyone. I was was so excited to see them and was severely disappointed. Needless to say I won't be going back there.

  • BMTH Was A Maze Ing

Very good night at the Aragon. Great show in one of the most iconic settings in Chicago. All three bands were ready to perform for their fans.

Amazing show. The other patrons were rude, but that's their own fault. This show. Was. Amazing. Go. Right now.

  • BMTH is a freaking awesome performer!!!

    by Layman6 on 3/14/17South Side Ballroom - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Seeing these guys in person is just as you wondered what it would be like. Ollie does a great job getting you involving in singing along. They played all the top songs.

  • Bring Me The Horizon was just WOW>

by WKids on 3/14/17South Side Ballroom - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Wow! Bring Me The Horizon always has energetic, fantastic shows but this one totally blew me away. Their lights and pyrotechnics are phenomenal, and Oli is such a good performer. He had the entire crowd hyped up the entire time, be it by having a wall of death, having everyone get down and then back up again, or by just being himself. A truly unforgettable night. The openers, Beartooth and Underoath, were also amazing! All 3 had contagious energies.

  • Amazing Show!

by LanaLana on 3/14/17South Side Ballroom - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Don't miss this show! The American Nightmare Tour was one of the best shows I've been to! The bands put on an outstanding performance and got everyone pumped to be there. The stage effects rocked and the music can't be beat! Highly recommend.

  • Underoath was star of the show

by FromMidlandtoDallas on 3/14/17South Side Ballroom - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Beartooth put on a good show overall. Underoath was incredible and was by far the best part of the whole show. BMTH has gotten soft so some of their teeny bopper stuff was a big turnoff and resulted in quite a few people walking out but the production was well done and they sounded good. They just need to seriously consider going back to their sound on Sempiternal which is an ironic album title given this review.

by BurritosAndBMTH on 5/27/16Orbit Room - Grand RapidsRating: 5 out of 5

Favorite moment was when my dad got me to the front before Bring Me The Horizon got on stage. They had a wonderful show, unforgettable! I will never forget when I saw Oliver on the balcony above the stage while Silver Snakes was playing. This was overall the best concert I have ever been to in my life. :)
