30 Seconds to Mars and Breaking Benjamin=AMazing!

    by jobu33 on 12/18/09Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - Milwaukee

This show was amazing. I went mainly for 30 Seconds to Mars, because I LOVE them, and they were amazing! After Midnight Project and Sick Puppies were the first 2 bands, and they were really good. Breaking Benjamin was amazing as well, and the lead singer even had a sore throat! If you ever have a chance to see any of these bands live, GO!!

At first we sat at the balcony level, and the sound quality wasn't all that great. After moving to the floor - the show was amazing! Great bands, great fun and I would see all of them again!

Breaking Benjamin and Sick Puppies were AWESOME!

    by beckster29 on 12/18/09Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - Milwaukee

The concert was amazing. Breaking Benjamin stole the show! I was expecting so much more out of 30 Seconds to Mars. Jared Leto skipped half of his lines, and made the performance less than mediocre. The Sick Puppies were fantastic! If I could make a recommendation, it would be to let the Sick Puppies have a longer stage presence than 30 Seconds to Mars, because they certainly deserve it. In my opinion (based on last night's performance) 30 Seconds to Mars should be the opener band for Sick Puppies and Breaking Benjamin. Overall though, the concert was amazing. Breaking Benjamin could not have done a better performance!

30 Seconds to Mars should have headlined.

    by nikemyman on 12/18/09Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - Milwaukee

The fact that I knew the names and songs of the two opening acts was impressive by my standard. What's more is that there were two opening acts as well as two big name bands. Of course once 30 seconds to mars walked on stage I forgot all about the opening acts. They played almost every one of their best songs and put on a great show. I was a little disappointed when they didn't play 'From Yesterday'. Breaking Benjamin did a great job headlining the show and they got a chance to play all of their good songs. I really thought that 30 seconds to mars stole the stage last night and I would have loved to see them as the headliner. Not only because they put on a great show but also because I would have liked to have heard a few more of their songs. All in all it was a great night!

The concert was good, but the set up time between acts was super long. Waiting that long was annoying for only about 5 or 6 songs from each band. I was also upset that Breaking Benjamin didn't play more songs, but they are an amazing band and it was amazing to see them live.

    Breaking Benjamin is awesome live

    by Czechman335 on 12/18/09Eagles Club/The Rave/Eagles Ballroom - Milwaukee

Breaking Benjamin is one of my favorite bands and they definitely did NOT disappoint. From the very first song you could tell these guys were excited to be there and wanted everyone to have a great time. I was really impressed that they pulled out a lot of their older (and great) songs, instead of just playing everything from their new CD like some other bands do. They even played a great cover of Aerosmith's Dream On. These guys had great stage presence and they sounded really good live... The opening bands (I really don't think of 30 Seconds to Mars as an opening act, more of a co-headliner) were also great and got everyone pretty fired up. By the time BB came onto the stage the whole crowd was into it and the energy definitely didn't let up until the entire set was over.

Great show, all bands sounded good but Breaking Benjamin was outstanding. Facilities are a mess and people are rude but who cares the show rocked.

    Great Show

by Tony12 on 12/18/09Scottrade Center - St Louis

How could you go wrong with the Sick Puppies (always rock, seen them twice), Pappa Roach (fabulous, possibly best band of the night), and Breaking Benjamin (want to see them again). Enjoyed every minute of the show, well worth every penny.

    Papa Roach was Awesome-

by Alicebegood on 12/17/09Scottrade Center - St Louis

Sick Puppies were awesome, wicked bass player! Papa Roach came out and rock everyone to their core! Breaking Benjamin did good but, the lead Ben was sick so it seemed kind of strained with his singing- I do hope he is better for the Peoria concert w/ Flyleaf! Ben I hope ya feel better!

Breaking Benjamin rocks!! Papa Roach killed it!!

by JordanZ on 12/17/09Scottrade Center - St Louis

The Ho Ho Show was my first concert and I have to say its gotten me hooked I want to see more live music. The venue The Scottrade Center was perfect and the sound quality was amazing. Sick Puppies were great I only knew about half their songs but after they played they've convinced me to start listening to their music more than I have. Papa Roach was freaking sick, i'm not a hardcore follower of Papa Roach but I knew a little over half their songs and they came out with great energy and pumped the crowd up and by the end of their performance the crowd was chanting their name. Finally Breaking Benjamin took the stage, the reason I bought tickets was to see BB, the other performances were just an added bonus. Breaking Benjamin is my favorite band and I knew they were great live, even though this my first time seeing them. They played a great set even though Ben said he was not feeling well. They played an amazing show and I just wish I could do this every night!!

The show was a good time. I didn't get to see Adelitas Way but the other bands put on good shows. Papa Roach brought the energy. I have seen Breaking Benjamin a few times and they are always good.

    SWEET!!

by xxJoexx on 12/16/09Scottrade Center - St Louis

This was an awesome concert. I would love to return to this concert. Papa roach was amazing and breaking benjamin was on top of their game. I think that they should use more pyrotechnics, fireballs and the like, but it was still very awesome. Good music! Maybe breaking benjamin should play more old stuff though, Dear Agony wasn't their best album. Peace.

Papa Roach blew it up again

by ionik23 on 12/16/09The Midland by AMC - Kansas City

Breaking Benjamin was an awesome act but this is the second time i have seen Papa Roach as the act prior to the headliner and they were unbelievable. i first saw them in phoenix back in 2007 along with Buck Cherry and headliner Hinder. just like back then Papa Roach stole the show. crowd was pumped and excited the entire set and although they haven't had a big hit in years, their live act still ranks as one of the best today.

These guys are truly amazing! When Ben came out on stage you could tell he was sick before they even started. They still came out and rocked the hell out of HOB!!!!! Will see them again each and every time they show up in this vicinity. It's one of the best shows I've seen and I've seen many, many, many. Love these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
