We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at the Boston Pops. It was our first time at this event and we loved it. Hoping to include more members of our family next year!!
Great performance as always. Program started on time. The sound was one of the best I have seen at the SNHU Arena. Great program.
The Boston Pops were wonderful. Sound was great, even toward the back of the arena, though wished I had brought my binoculars! The program was varied and enjoyable. The 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the vast numbers of people who were not wearing masks. We had ours on constantly, but probably half did not. Too many people sitting very close to us never wore a mask. Would hesitate going back there in the near future.
Enjoyed the entire show and the classics never disappoint. Plan to spend the extra money next year to sit closer. Are there any seats available on stage? lol
This was my first concert as a widower. I went solo which was fine. The concert was great. My only comment was the VIP parking. It wasn’t identified clearly where it would be located. I clear sign or better directions would be appreciated
First time seeing this particular show, and it was absolutely wonderful! When you was wonderful, parking is easy, and the performance was outstanding! Cannot wait to see them again next year.
Couldn’t have been more pleased with the performance. Truly exceptional show with originals accentuated with Lockhart’s own spin and flair.
The Boston Pops always presents the best in orchestral music to its patrons, but their recent Xmas Tour program was exceptional. Especially enjoyable was the Polar Express segment with the reading by a gentleman with a wonderful voice, and backed by the beautiful Boston choral group. The reading of The Night Before Christmas by our New Jersey Governor was an additional treat. We left the theater exhilarated by the joyous holiday experience.
This is the third or fourth year we have been to the Holiday Pops show. It is wonderful. The SNHU center is a good venue, quick entry but somehow people need to be reminded not to talk during the show. The tickets are very expensive and while worth it, I don't appreciate listening to chit chat the whole performance. Maybe the center can remind people before the show and during intermission.
My first time seeing the Boston Pops, but it will not be my last. What a fantastic event, and made even more special by coordinating the performance to include the Metropolitan Chorale. The music is spectacular, presented in a classic and extremely fun manner. If you're able to go during holiday season in 2020, please do it!
I would give this ten stars if I could! It was amazing. What a wonderful event. I can’t wait until next year so I can go again. My favorite part was their rendition of the 12 days of Christmas. The chorale with them were just as good as the Pops. An evening I will never forget.
This was our first time and cannot wait to go again. Beautiful!!
16th year we have seen the Pops for the holidays. All but 2 in Manchester. Pops are always great and they always have great singers like the Boston Chorale. Only compliant is tickets are pricey since it became the SNHU center.
This is a top notch event! You won't be disappointed
The music was wonderful. The sound did not sound the best due to the speakers or the way the room bounced the sound around. Wish it was a little louder. Keith Lockhart was amazing with all the crew on stage! Our seats had obstructed views. I could NOT see the stage very well at all. We had floor seats and peoples heads were in our way. Very disappointing for this and the cost of almost $200 for 2 tickets and we couldn't see. Also getting to our seats was a bit confusing. There should have been more help at the arena with finding seating.
Great venue.. Wonderful music.. Very enjoyable night.
The show was incredible! It was one of the best holiday concerts I have ever attended. I would definitely make this a yearly thing, even though I travel in from Pa. Keith was at his best and the selections were wonderful. The "12 days of Christmas" was amazing and the Polar Express made me teary. The choral singers were fantastic! Please continue to bring this show back every year!!
The Boston Pops on Tour at NJPAC on 12/15/19 was fantastic. I have seen Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops at Tanglewood a number of times; and their concerts are always my favorite summer events. I was so thrilled when I found out last spring that they would be coming to NJPAC in December. I bought my tickets as soon as I heard about the concert. The concert was outstanding. They always give a great concert; and this concert was above and beyond. They did all of the Christmas favorites and included a sing along; and it was all so enjoyable. NJPAC Prudential Hall is a great venue. I had a great view from the first tier and the sound was terrific. I am so glad I went and I will certainly go again if/when Keith Lockhart and the Boston Pops come back to NJPAC for another concert.
Beautiful music, creative arrangements and Christmas spirit. What else could we ask for?
We’ve seen the Boston Pops at NJPAC for a number of years. This concert was the best we’ve seen. The song selections were excellent. The music - flawless.
