BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
A professional magician at the age of 10, Garrett Borns was destined to perform. Originally raised in the suburbs of Grand Rapids, MI, the prodigious young artist relocated to New York before eventually settling in Los Angeles in 2013. There he assembled a band and switched his stage name to BØRNS, and in 2014 he released his debut single “10,000 Emerald Pools”. In early 2015 he made his national television debut on Conan, which helped him land an opening tour spot for indie pop band MisterWives. Following his well-received 2015 debut album Dopamine, BØRNS further grew his fanbase on tours with emerging popstar Charlie XCX and indie pop band Bleachers. He’s also become a festival favorite thanks to passionate performances at Lollapalooza, Life Is Beautiful, and Austin City Limits, and fans can’t wait to see what he conjures up next—both on stage and in the studio.
We had a blast at this concert! BØRNS really showcases his talent live, there is no quality drop off from the albums, and production quality was fantastic. Pretty cool set, the band played well, the crowd energy was high. All in all, go check this tour out when it hits your town.
In absolute awe of Børns’ talent and creativity- he is the real deal
I am a fan of BORNS ever since seeing him at the Gothic Theater a few years ago. I saw him at Outside Lands Festival in SF Golden Gate Park in August and he put on a brilliant show. Then I saw him earlier this month when he played ACL Music Festival in Austin. Again a great show. That being said...his performance at the Fillmore was magical. He is a brilliant talented entertainer. Whether strolling around the stage or sitting at the piano, he totally captures your attention. And he had an adoring audience at the Fillmore as he did at the two music festivals where he had thousands viewing his show. BORNS is one artist you should never miss seeing when you can

This was by far the best concert ive ever been to. The staff and all the people were kind, the concert didnt go to late, He came out earlier than I expected, and he is a fantastic singer live. JUST WOW. Ive been to a ton of concerts from Post malone to Five seconds of Summer. This was THE BEST
I would absolutely see BØRNS again in a heartbeat. He was electric and mesmerizing and an incredible experience. His voice is just as beautiful in person!
I had so much fun at the BØRNS concert it unforgettable. But I did learn that the whole reserved seating is not for me I’m much more of a mosh pit person
So much fun! It was a really good mix of his new and old stuff, with some really cool covers. His vibe and energy are so freaking amazing.
Show was ok at best due mainly to the sound which was lacking. People I talked to at the concert agreed that sound resembled the noise from an empty can - very hollow. Stage setup was good and first band was entertaining - sort of a poor man Milky Chance
I’m baffled that Børns isn’t better known. For me, all the songs from Dopamine were instantly addictive. The music is awesome. Whenever I hear it, no matter where I am, I have the sensation that I’m singing and dancing alone in my bedroom. The live performance was equally delightful. Børns slithered sexily over every inch of the stage, singing, dancing and playing energetically. I had a blast! It was a joyful, unforgettable experience.
Was an amazing concert definitely going again when he comes back into town
The security was friendly, providing water bottles to everybody for free after somebody fainted. It was easy and quick to get through security, assuming you didn’t have any prohibited items. The venue was beautiful and unique. The show itself was outstanding. BØRNS came out into the middle ground section, so those who showed up about 5 hours early were able to touch him and see him up close. The whole experience was unforgettable.
Borns was ethereal! What a neon-packed experience!
Both Borns and opening act Twin Shadow are amazing singers with voices that can make the world sing. P.s. I hope folks know that Elton John wrote "Benny and the Jets," which Borns covered. I'd love to work with both artists someday.
The venue was great as always. Twin Shadow was a terrific opener and BORNS put on a fantastic show. We had a lot of fun.
Beautiful venue, not a bad seat in the house. Borns performance was spectacular.
Usually don't like non-general admission shows, but Borns killed it. He did pretty much the entire Dopamine album with random other songs mixed in.

Despite the rain, the concert was awesome! My boyfriend and I had a great time.
