4 Comedians, the MC was the best. the crowd was noisy and obnoxious, people behind us were screaming and talking so loud we couldnt hear the comedians. people behind us kept kicking our chairs. WORST VENUE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
The show was entertaining, although could have been longer. Started at 7:20 and ended at 8:47. The venue was not handicapped accessible. Lots of stairs and seats very tight. Prefer parking was over 1 mile away, lots of walking.
The venue was great and spacious. The comedians were very entertaining and made it an interactive event.
We bought tickets for my daughter’s birthday back when she was still getting her matters degree. She has since graduated and is in her first year of her teaching career…she loved it and, although there were references to teaching that my wife and I did not get, it was also enjoyable for us too. The comedians were funny…it was a good time and do not regret going.
It was a great show. Nice intimate venue. Funny retired teachers. A good time. Had trouble understanding what the last comedian was saying. Ever consider running subtitles across the big screen over the stage? Just an idea. The other three spoke slowly and clearly enough for me to understand them. I also thought there were too many merchandise “plugs” during the show.
Sorry to say not as funny as last year. But, I will continue to see them when they’re in town because I can relate to their stories.
Although the four comics were funny. The show was an hour and completely overpriced. We thought we were seeing Joyce, Andrea and Leslie So we were completely disappointed.
Fun, lots of laughs , all of it TRUE what goes on in our school communities across the US. Teachers could never run out material to write a book/s or entertain ! A positive show on teaching and its struggles … a career of passion.
This show was hilarious but probably not for people outside the profession. My husband didn't get some of the jokes and had to ask me about it. He isn't an educator. A few of the jokes were off topic and bawdy but it was an adult show and that was okay. +
Such a fantastic show! We laughed and laughed! Hope to see them again!
The show exceeded my expectations. I have never cried from laughing so hard at a comedy show before! Highly recommend!
was very impressed with all the comedians, Great night of laughs. Will definitely see another comedy show.
Not really for me but to each their own. There wasn't much lead in but more of, I'm about to tell you a joke, here it is, then hammering down on the punchline no matter how well it was received. KC had a real good one and Devin was the lead act.
We had great seats, and the show was very good, especially if you have educators in the family. I would recommend the show. While we had a great view in the second row, I felt bad for those in the back half of the venue. While there were screens on each side of the stage, they were not used to project the comedians while they performed. Lesson learned for future performances, unless the venue is going to use these screens, I would be hesitant to buy seats in the rear part of the venue.
This show was so funny. I couldn’t stop laughing. They had the best jokes . My husband thought it was funny also even though he’s not a teacher but a custodian at a high school. I hope they keep this show going and come to South of Boston next time. Amazing show and got to meet the comedians after the show they were so nice .
There is something special about being in an auditorium full of educators and everyone is roaring with laughter!
Wow! This show was beyond my expectations. I laughed the entire time, every comic was hilarious! I can't wait to see this show again and see what Bored Teachers show up.
The event was funny for sure. However, I did find it a little loud. And by that I mean they seemed to screem into the mic...like they didn't know it was working. Devin was the best with delivery. I have seen numerous live comedy performances and he was by far the best of the evening. Overall a great laugh and enjoyable evening.
Sound system needs to be upgraded. The acoustics were rough.
