Good concert, nice venue. Drinks way over priced and long wait to get drinks.

BoDean's concert
by queenlover1 on 1/1/15Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 4 out of 5Great night with Taylor Hick's and the Bodeans. Unfortunately, they didn't sing a few of our favorites. Genessee is a nice venue.
Terrific show by the BoDeans in a wonderful venue
by playpatron on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 5 out of 5I loved their show a few years ago at Ravinia, which is an outdoor venue. I have enjoyed their music for decades and decided it would be a good event for holiday fun. They played all the favorites, some less well known tunes and one song from their upcoming album. The crowd, including myself, enjoyed every minute of the 1.5 hour show.
Bodeans were just okay
by FinanceLady2 on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 3 out of 5I didn't enjoy the concert, mostly because it was way too loud for the venue. I actually walked out after less than an hour of the music because it was hurting my ears so badly. There were other people who left also. I wouldn't recommend seeing them unless you bring your ear plugs.

Very good show, band was excellent. I dont like when you cant hear the singing over the band though.
BoDeans nailed it!!!
by tubluv on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 5 out of 5The band nailed it. They performed an awesome show and you just can't beat legendary Kenny Aronoff on the drum kit. This was a beautiful theater and the sound was great. First time at the Genesee and would go back again.
High energy from the BoDeans
by Rockbob on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 4 out of 5High energy show by an experienced live rock act that made its older songs sound fresh and new. Great venue and sound at the Genesee Theatre with an older but very lively crowd Taylor Hicks did a nice job as opening act with great vocals and nice rapport with the audience
Missin' Sammy!
by Rockinitall on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 3 out of 5While Kurt did a nice job covering songs, both old and new, without Sam Llanas' harmony and unique voice, it just wasn't as good or fun. I don't really like the direction the sound is going with the new tunes. I won't be going back to a BoDeans concert.
BoDeans were Great!!!
by FriskyFilly1 on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 4 out of 5Although I enjoyed the show a lot, I have to say I miss Sammy's voice. Kurt has a crystal clear voice that is a joy to hear and I loved the show.
Bodeans always a great show!
by bsf21 on 12/31/14Genesee Theatre - WaukeganRating: 5 out of 5Seen the Bodean's many a times, never disappointed. Missing Sammy Lllanas, but Kurt still has the power to perform all the fan favorites and some excellent selctions from the new album. If you have not seen the Bodeans live, it must be added to your bucket list! Genesee Theatre is an excellent venue, easy parking, great stage view and awesome helpful staff.
Must See!!!
by SebbyB on 10/2/14B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5Wonderful show...am only sorry that I couldn't stay for the whole thing, as I had to catch a train back because it was Sunday night...I'm hoping next time it will be on a Saturday!!
BoDeans rock the house in Vegas!!
by limitx on 8/27/14Rocks Lounge at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa - Las VegasRating: 5 out of 5The BoDeans tour rolled into redrock on fri. 8/22/14. The dynamic show had everything: incredible musicianship, sonic fury, extended jams, sing-a-longs & ballads. The sound was crystal clear & perfectly mixed; the setlist made up of gems spanning their entire catalogue. Their unique & genuine brand of down-home rock-n-roll continues to endure through the years, like a fine aged whiskey. Don't miss this show when it comes to your town! "It was a beautiful night & all the world felt right."

Started slow but finished with more energy. Drinks were way too expensive!
Bodeans
by Anonymous on 1/2/14Burnsville Performing Arts Center - BurnsvilleRating: 2 out of 5The set was great, the instrumental portion was fantastic, the seats and venue were fantastic. There was one HUGE problem: the amplification of the vocals was terrible! It was impossible to understand the lead singer's voice. Not sure if the system was overloaded and distorted, but the vocals sounded like a 1970's car radio cranked up too loud-very distorted and unclear. I know I am not alone in this opinion as the other two members of my party said the same thing. I really wish the audio had been better because the show would have been great.
Poor Sound Quality
by ccbrocks on 1/1/14Burnsville Performing Arts Center - BurnsvilleRating: 3 out of 5Love the Bodeans - I have seen them at least five times. The previous show that I saw at the zoo this past summer was cut short due to a storm rolling in; therefore, I was really looking forward to this show. The warm-up band was horrible - and the sound quality of the Bodeans was bad. I brought two other couples to this show with my wife and myself - really disappointed...Could not hear the vocals at all.
Excellent show Excellent drummer
by jnem on 12/31/13Burnsville Performing Arts Center - BurnsvilleRating: 5 out of 5This was our forth BoDeans concert and while they were all great, this concert ranks at the top. I think the tipping point was having Kenny Aronoff on drums. What an amazing drummer. Truly a Christmas treat. We had family in town for their first BoDeans experience. They are now looking forward to coming back to see them at the MN Zoo this summer.
BoDeans at North lights Theatre
by tubluv on 12/30/13Potawatomi Casino/Northern Lights Theater/Expo Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5Not a bad Seat In this venue. They rocked it. And Kenny Aronoff on the drum kit was an amazing bonus. Rock on.
BoDeans
by EKGDave on 12/30/13Potawatomi Casino/Northern Lights Theater/Expo Center - MilwaukeeRating: 2 out of 5Kurt Neumann and the BoDeans were great but the theater had the sound turned up to a decibel level that was damaging to ear drums. I had to wear ear plugs and my wife's ears are still ringing several days later. I love loud music but this was terrible.
Scrapper
by skunkhead on 12/30/13Potawatomi Casino/Northern Lights Theater/Expo Center - MilwaukeeRating: 5 out of 5I have seen talented people put on disappointing performances in this small venue. this was full effort, all out, audience connection.
Bodeans can still rock!
by Anonymous on 10/8/13Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 4 out of 5Even though they are without their original harmonizing vocalist and second front man Sammy, the band was tight (it was said two members were playing their 1st gig with them that night), Kurt's vocals are still amazing! We had no idea Sammy left the band after their last album, there are quite a few songs he sings that we missed. That was our first time at The Birchmere and found it to be a nice, intimate venue to see a band.
