  • BoDeans Rock!

The BoDeans put on a great show for a packed house of adoring fans. I loved the new songs as well as their hits. It was fun to sing along. Despite the heat and humidity, we had to get up and dance occasionally. This is only the second time I've seen the BoDeans, and I am now a bigger fan than ever. Can't wait to download their new CD. Their music is so uplifting. We need more of their music to help us through these troubled times.

The Bodeans are a Band that never forgot their roots. They still play, and always have played for One reason; their Fan's! I grew up in Wisconsin, as they did, and no matter where they play, they are just good old boy's who entertain any fan. They play Free Concerts, Fund-raiser's. Humble, Cool Guy's. Great job Boy's!

Ok, it was a good show overall but I think they have done better. The show continually lost momentum as they would play one or two fast fun songs and then a slow....slow....slow....downer song. They are excellent performers and extremely talented I just wish there wasn't so much focus on the new stuff. Wondering why they didn't play Dreams......it's pretty much their best song. I won't pay to see them again.

I went in not knowing much of the material by the BoDeans, but the person I went with is an avid fan. After having attended this concert I, too, am now an avid fan. It was hard not to dance along to the fun and lively music of the BoDeans.

  • Kurt and Sammy Rule!

by LangoD on 7/21/11Snoqualmie Casino Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 5 out of 5

The BoDeans put on a great show! I was surprised the casino let them play an hour a half. They also came back for an enore playing Fadeaway! A real treat for any BoDeans fan. The other performers were okay, but they were just solo acts, no backup bands. Meiko was good and a great voice. She was actually quite humorous between songs explaining the inspiration for them.

The Bodeans and Meiko were awesome! I can't believe how good they sound after all these years. I didn't care that much for the other two opening singers. Meiko should have sang longer.

  • Bodeans still got it!

    by snoozin2 on 7/19/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

I thought the Bodeans sounded great! The venue was nice. The only disappointment was that there was hardly any people there.

  • The Bodeans's blew us away

by Syrahlover on 7/19/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 3 out of 5

The location was awesome. The food lacked creativity and flair. Plain hotdogs and hamburgers on dry buns with a bag of chips is ok at a little league game but considering the event hosted several high class wineries serving delicious expensive wines the food seemed flat and disappointing. I would have liked a nice chicken ceasar salad with garlic bread at least to go with my $8 plastic glass of syrah! The acoustic musicians were very casual and delightful but in sharp contrast to the blast the Bodean's sent out to the crowd. No-one danced until the Bodeans came out which seemed sad.

I wish Bodeans would have played longer. Meiko was very cool

  • Toast of the Cascades

by TooMuchPhun on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

AS good time was had by all. Beautiful venue - not too hot. Wines were delightful, A.J. Croce plays a mean Piano - his Dad would be proud. Meiko has a lovely voice and a refreshingly random commentary. Peter was an interesting throwback to the 60's. The Bodeans rocked the house - great fun. It would have nice to have things go a bit later and louder but I understand their are sound restrictions.

Great show stage could have been turned so the mountains were visible in the background

  • Loved the BoDeans and the Entire Concert

by Anonymous on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

WE haven't been to a concert at Snoqualmie Casino before. Loved the space and how friendly and accomodating all the staff were. It was well organized. The represented wineries were great and the ability to buy food at the event as well as bring food and drink from the casino were added bonuses. We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the bleachers were. All the artists were great to listen to but the Bodeans rocked. Loved the concert and loved that it was open seating but we were also able to stand close to the stage. It was the best concert experience I've had since the Pier closed. Would definitely recommend the venue and that anyone go anywhere to see the Bodeans again.

  • Bodeans were excellent, as usual, Casino stinks!

by Anonymous on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

Walking through the Casino to get to the concert was disgusting with all the smoke. With such a beautiful setting, the stage was placed in a horrible location. Instead of seeing the mountains in the background, the stage was set so we all watched the cars entering and exiting the Casino. The Bodeans were amazing, but wish the tickets told us they didn't played until 7:15, instead of at 4pm. Wine tasting was cool!

  • Too much dead time

by NigelF on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 3 out of 5

I was surprised on arriving at the Casino at the stated start time of 4:00 to discover that the headliners were not going to be on until 7:15. By the time we had been through one 30 minute interval between acts, watched the second act, and faced the next 30 minute break we got tired of killing time and bailed without seeing the headliners. Perhaps the schedule was designed to keep the audiendence sampling wine from the venders for the maximum time but I wish we had been forewarned that we would be there for 8 hours, much of it without entertainment.

  • Bo Deans always rock

by grndshaker on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 5 out of 5

We went to see the Bo Deans as we do any time they are anywhere in the area. The show was great and we enjoyed the other music as well. We were disappointed that the Bo Deans did not come out and sign tee shirts or CDs. The had nothing for sale at the table. I don't think that the band cares if you take a picture. The staff told us not to take pictures. I could have gotten some really good shots but I just got a few.

  • meiko rocks!

by prettypiggyprincess on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 5 out of 5

meiko rocked! i liked the set up this year v.s last year. this is my second time seeing a 105.3 show at snoqualmie casino and it was very good. like the setting, the venue, people are low key and the scene is mellow. and it didnt rain, yay!

  • Bodeans made up for an AWFUL Peter Case

by pmud on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

The Bodeans were awesome. They still sound great. They hit the stage with their professional sound and performance from begining to end. And the rain held off. We enjoyed A.J. Croce and Meiko but had to retreat to the smoking confines of the casino to get away from the terrible sounds of Peter Case. Wow, was he bad. No doubt he could play the guitar but his singing/lyrics were amateur at best. Unfortunately, his talking was worse. When you could understand him he was not funny or interesting.

  • Bodeans were great fun!

by Alphred on 7/18/11Snoqualmie Casino-Mountain View Plaza - SnoqualmieRating: 4 out of 5

Great set, which followed a good show by Peter Case and a forgettable one by Meiko. The Bodeans certainly know how to connect with a crowd through their music. The sing-alongs were in full force, although somewhat less so than with some prior Bodeans shows. Sound quality started out a bit poor (muffled near the stage) but was improved by the third song. Song selection was good...a sampling from most of their recordings, including their soon-to-be released one. Would have liked for their set to be even longer. For this event, I interpreted that they were a bit time limited. They played for about 85 minutes. Of course, it's always a good sign when one wishes that the music could continue!

  • Bodeans Trio was great!

by Bflogal05 on 5/17/11Bears Den At Seneca Niagara Casino & Hotel - Niagara FallsRating: 4 out of 5

This intimate venue was the perfect place to see the Bodeans Trio. The sound quality was great and boy can these guys can harmonize! The crowd really got into the show.
