When in character (most of the time), you were transported back in time, enjoying a live performance of a famous singer, backed by the power, sound, and spectacle of a big band orchestra.
Looked like Frank / sang like Frank / motions just like Frank/drank Jack Daniels like Frank /smoked like Frank /joked like Frank - but not Frank
We enjoyed the presentation. Bob does a great impersonation of Frank. The show was smooth and efficient. A great trip down memory lane. All in all it was a good show.
Hated the fact that people were allowed to enter up to 30 minutes after the show started. Really, Really aggravating..
Bob Anderson is a fantastic entertainer, and the Kavli Theater is normally a good venue. But at the start of the show there was some loud static crackling and popping, and later some shrill feedback squeal. We expect better when paying $134 per seat!
His performance was great. It was a fun, entertaining and all around fun show to attend. My only complaint is that he didn't sing "Way you look tonight". It is my favorite and definitely a must for any Frank Sinatra fans.
Saw Bob Anderson at the South Point in Vegas. He was fantastic. A trip down memory lane to the vegas of old with his memories of shows past. And his impressions of singers from Dean Frank Sammy Tony Benett Englebert Tom Jones Neil Diamond Bobby Darin etc etc were all spot on. And he sang songs in his own voice which is fantastic. Great show from start to finish.
Anderson never connected with the audience. I have seen many shows at the PAC. Most were excellent but not this one.
I thought it was a great show. The band and arrangements were incredible and Mr. Anderson took on Frank’s persona and handled the song’s beautifully! I would see him again!
While there will never be another, Frank Sinatra, Bob Anderson has managed to achieve a level of incredible performing artistry, and created many moments when one could easily believe Sinatra was actually back on stage. Bob performed most of the signature pieces that encompass Sinatra’s legendary songbook. His rich vocals, coupled with Sinatra’s distinctive stage persona, were in a word, simply amazing! The Chairman of the Board was back in town, and all Sinatra fans will be thrilled to be immersed in the experience.
Bob Anderson put his all into the show but I found it very disappointing. The show had no oomph. It was a bit draggy.
Bob was great. Dang so many songs and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone who likes Sinatra style music
Early Christmas gift for my parents and my 16 year-old son! They LOVED it! My father put his hand over his heart and said he's seen Frank Sinatra in person at least 6 times and he could not tell the difference between Bob Anderson & Frank! We can't wait to go again!!
Was like seeing Frank in person. Having a full stage of 36 piece professional musicians added so much to the experience.
We loved the show. I had heard about Bob but never saw him. I am so glad we went. In many of the songs he brought tears to my eyes. He brought Sinatra back to life, even for a few hour's. I would definitely see him again.
No one will ever be Frank again. Will tried very hard but to me he missed the boat. I would recommend this show to friends.
Bob Anderson had the moves, the look and the wonderful lyrics of Old Blue Eyes! I wish my seat had been closer to see if he actually has baby blues. The songs were all favorites that had the audience swaying and singing. He hit all the right notes but it was the songs in his lower register that had true Sinatra tones. I would definitely go to another show but I want a front row seat.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Bob Anderson Concert; he was terrific and a great Frank Sinatra impersonator! His song selections were among my very favorites of Blue Eyes! Highly recommend for all to enjoy an evening of quality music! The orchestra was superb!
Bob Anderson have an amazing 2- 2-1/2 hr performance as Frank Sinatra... his show in Vegas 7 yrs ago ("Frank, the Man, the Music") was incredible... Now, his "One More for the Road" on tour no doubt will be the cap on his fabulous career. Well done
Simply an amazing show and experience…I actually feel like I was at a Frank Sinatra concert!
