Blue Man Group Charles Playhouse Tickets

We took our sons, 12 and 8, and both agreed it was a highlight of our trip to Boston. The show was a delight from start to finish. Our youngest was pulled out to dance on camera, too. Highly recommend going for a super fun family night out!

We were in Boston for an outdoor sporting event that got rained out. Decided to take in the Blue Man Group. I had so much fun watching my kids faces as they took in this experience. These new guys are great, show still stands tall 30 years later. Thanks.

It was fabulous! It was my third time! Had a lot of laughs! Was celebrating my 70th birthday!

The show was very interesting, entertaining, and interactive with the audience. The venue was ideal for this type of show. Every seat in the house is a good seat. My 4-star rating is only because a 5 star would be the best show ever. For me it was not. However, it was worth the price of admission, and I would go again, this time bringing my grandchildren. I anticipate the expression on the grandchildren's face would elevate it to a 5-start rating.

We have seen Blue Man Group in the past and enjoyed them all, but we enjoyed this show more than all of those. The interaction with the audience was hilarious!! Highly recommend seeing this show!

Show was fun, a lot of quiet down time w/ them starring at each other. Splash seats were very uneventful and not worth such the significant upcharge and hype. Great show to see once, not a show to go back to over and over again. I saw 25 years ago and my memories of the show were greater then than what I saw the other day.

A complete waste of talented musicians. I didn't expect what I got: sophisticated slap-stick. The stuffing faces with cereal to sound was disgusting and not worthy of their talent. I guess it was a good show for children - maybe.

Had a great night at the show. I was pulled up on stage to do a Valentine’s Day themed bit. It was awesome. Just when you say “I would hate to be that guy!” It ends up being you! Have a few drinks while your there, just incase you get picked!

I liked when they pulled people out of the audience and the streamers were fun but I didn't get most of it.

Blue Man Group is such a great show! I highly recommend going if you have never been.

We took our kids to see Blue Man Group at the Charles Playhouse. It was pretty good. I hadn’t seen the show in over twenty years and I was surprised that it was basically the exact same show as it was when I last saw it. I thought they would’ve come up with at least a few new skits. Paint on the drums, drumming the pipes, Cap’n Crunch, marshmallows and paintballs caught in the mouth, toilet paper. The tickets weren’t cheap, around $40, and there were lots of empty seats. The applause and laughter was quiet because of this and just brought down the energy level of it all. I might have judged it less harshly if the tickets were around $25, and I bet there would’ve been less empty seats. Also, at the Charles Playhouse, we sat in the stage level off to the left. (Stage right) In this section there is a ceiling that blocks a portion of the stage so that when they were performing there we had to duck to see any of it. It was nostalgic, and my kids liked it as they were seeing it for the first time. But I don’t think I would go again.

Took my grandkids to blue man group. They loved it...The looks on their faces was worth every penny..Those folks were funny entertaining and extremely talented.. Looked like they enjoyed messing with everyone in the audience.. The background people were great too. What a nice group of actors, assistants, light people and the band..Great time as I laughed at all of it.. Hadn't seen the show in many years..Still great....Thank you for the fun and laughs....

Fun night. Hasn’t changed much over the years. Did find the digital/ video portions boring and too many. The “scanning” and cell phone video boring and not funny. But glad we went.

Great show, very entertaining and interactive. Great family night out.

Grandchildren enjoyed but I thought too much time was spent in audience participation segments. The value of the ticket price is diminished when I'm watching an audience member put in cringy situations. I would prefer to watch and experience the talents of the performers.
