    Great show

by uerzu on 4/20/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

We couldn't have the seats that we had booked, because they decided not to open the mezzanine. That was a bit disappointing at first. But the show was fantastic: Very funny, colorful, fast, cool music, funny interactions with the audience. We were more than satisfied in the end. Certainly recommended.

Fun and Engaging Experience for the Whole Family

by Nick C on 4/11/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

My son and I recently attended a Blue Man Group performance, and it was an absolute blast! From start to finish, the show was filled with fun, enjoyment, and a family-friendly atmosphere that kept us entertained throughout. One of the highlights for my son was the incredible interaction with the crowd, as well as the captivating visuals and music that accompanied the performance. We were both thrilled when the Blue Men sprayed toilet paper all over the crowd – it was such a memorable moment! The level of audience engagement was top-notch. Everyone seemed to be fully immersed in the experience, which added to the overall excitement of the show. As a parent, I was initially unsure if the performance would be suitable for my son, but my worries quickly disappeared once the show began. The Blue Man Group caters to audiences of all ages, and there were plenty of kids in the crowd enjoying the spectacle alongside us. The atmosphere and energy of the show were electric. The combination of music, lights, and the Blue Men's antics created an unforgettable experience that had us on the edge of our seats from start to finish. Overall, we had an amazing time at the Blue Man Group performance and made some lifetime memories together. I can't think of any areas for improvement – it was truly a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend to families looking for a fun and engaging outing.

    Is ok”

by Bella on 4/9/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

I took my kids (11 & 14) to the show. They randomly selected out seats. We where all the way in the back. The last ones. We was able to enjoy the show but the seating wasn’t the best one even tho there were more empty seats in front of us. Maybe we got those seats in order to seat together. The show was ok they share some knowledge they act they create music they interact with the audience and even tho we sat on the back the kids liked it. A little to pricey for the show.

    Good show-shorter than advertised

by NJ Mom on 4/9/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

Overall was a good show. But it barely lasted an hour and 5-10minutes while it was advertised as a 1 hour and 45 minutes show! So not sure if it’s worth $82 we spent per person for 4 people! I can settle for $60ish per person maybe. Besides that, the one hour on the show was fully engaging and catered to all kinds of audiences, highly engaging and entertaining!

    My son is also delighted.

by Nobu on 4/6/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

The production, which engaged the audience, matched well with the scale of the venue and was thoroughly enjoyable. This time, I experienced the excitement from the front seats, but I thought it might have been nice to see the whole picture even from the back seats. I'd like to enjoy the show from the back seats next time.

    Weird fun for the family

by Jinx on 4/4/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

The show was a perfect blend of visual weirdness and nonstop audio/visual action for my teens. It was similar to them witnessing TikTok video streaming live! I gave it 3 stars because of the staff and the obstructed views. The seating that I paid a lot of money for without being informed that the view was obstructed was completely subpar. I asked to move my seat to an unoccupied seat. I was rudely told the show was sold out. A whole row of seats two rows in front of me went unoccupied the entire show. Jerk. Plus, one of the attendants was shaming kids for not following directions. Dude- they’re kids. Have a little courtesy.

First seen these guys in New York 20 years ago and always remember how brilliant it was. Returning to the same theatre and watching it all again didn’t disappoint. Great entertainment. The whole cast were brilliant. Very enjoyable. And would definitely go again. Again!!!

    Just OK

by Jb on 4/3/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

The event was just OK. The crowd interaction was good and their drumming was entertaining however There was so much fluff in between acts that was irrelevant and some of the acts were very unimpressive, it made it all seem slow and underwhelming. If it was half the price, I would have been more satisfied.

Bizarre, in the good sense of the word

by Flypool on 4/3/24Astor Place Theatre - New York

50% music and 50% humor show. I loved the music, they are excellent musicians and performers. The humor acts are kinda... naive and bizarre sometimes, but overall it was a pretty fun experience.
