  • Had a Great Time

by Lori on 10/23/25Rating: 5 out of 5

We drove 8 hours to get to this event and Big Tex Comic Con did not disappoint! We had a great time meeting Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, Martin Kove, Jaime Campbell Bower, and Antony Starr. All of the celebrities were super nice . The only negative thing that happened was watching a very rude woman treat people badly at Antony’s booth. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we will be back next year!

  • Panels & Pictures

The only thing I wish they would change would be to add more than one panel for the celebrities, if the celebrities would be willing... If they're going to be there all three days or even two of the three days, I think they should be able to do more than one panel. They could do Friday Saturday, Friday Sunday, or Saturday Sunday. But it would give attendee's more than one chance to see and hear from the celebrities they are fans of, not just in the photo/autograph lines. Vs only having one panel per celebrity/group the entire three day weekend, and if you miss it you're just completely out of luck. As for Big Texas ComiCon... I with they would make a photo link/website with a QR code that people could scan. So that everyone/anyone could just drop/upload images they took throughout the weekend and wanted to share with everyone/anyone who were also at the con, without the pressure or uncertainty of having to give out their phone numbers and/or social media's to strangers. I've seen it for other events and parties so I know it can be done, it's just a matter of enough people wanting the same thing and someone making it happen!!!

Front of the line pass worked great for me, on Saturday morning I was able to get 4 signatures before attending a 12-noon panel!

First time attending a comicon and it was a blast! Best part, of course, was photo op with "The Fonz", Henry Winkler. Great exhibits and cosplays. Looking forward to attending next year's event.

I had an amazing time at San Antonio Comic Con! The entire event was organized perfectly — from the awesome photo-op setups to the wide variety of vendors and cosplay. Everyone was friendly, the atmosphere was full of energy, and there was something fun to see at every corner. I’m already recommending it to everyone I know and can’t wait to go again next year!
