The horns were great. The lead singer had a wide range of vocal. They played many of the 70's and 80's songs that I very much enjoyed. Alot of energy.
Just play the music. That’s what you’re good at. The stage antics by the annoying guitarist was like watching a bad MTV video. Ended up leaving towards the end became over bearing. The opening band Shining Star were much more superior musicians, showmen and talented.
That was the best combination of groups I have seen since I went to Madison Square Garden to see Earth, Wind, and Fire and Chic. Hats off to the promoter because we were entertained to the max. I would definitely recommend this and I would go again in a heartbeat but this time I would invite a large group to share this amazing event
These guys did a great job, they did all of the favorite songs and were very entertaining

LEAD vocals& LEAD guitar beyond fab..horn section&keyboards -drums got the sound perfect. All the favs were done. Meet&greet after 90mins show no intermission will see this band whenever I can
Lover of both Motown and Chicago. Have always loved both especially chicago/ Beginings they music and vocals were spot on would lo e to see them again
Thanks goodness for the second act. Motown sounded like a high school event. Band was screechy and their tone was basically the same no matter what song was played. The singers did not connect with the audience at all,. It was if they were doing their job as there was no "feeling" as they sang. They definitely had no "soul"...On the other hand, "Beginnings" played with zest, feeling, and were great instrumentalists, as well as singers.
Well, they've done it again! We traveled to Patchogue, NY to see Beginnings April 6. They were worth every minute we were in traffic! Seriously, they were even better than when we last saw them. Their energy is over the top, it's like seeing CHICAGO in 1972. The horns are spot on. The solos in Beginnings and Free were tremendous! The guitar player is one serious showman and truly does Kath proud...and as a guitarist myself I don't give that compliment lightly. But the lead singer is just off the hook! His voice captures Cetera and Lamm perfectly, and he is so endearing as a front man... the crowd just loved him! I can't express enough how much we enjoy seeing this band. If you're a CHICAGO fan you really should check them out.
These guys are absolutely fantastic. My wife and I saw them Nov. 4 at the Schwartz Theater in Dover, DE. We enjoyed the show so much we drove to Galloway, NJ to see them the following night at Stockton University. The vocals are amazing, it's like listening to Chicago. And the horn section was just spot on. So much energy and excitement. They really took us back to the Old Days :-) We relived so many great memories. We will definitely go see them again any time they're in driving distance!
