Bazzi on Tour
Pop singer Bazzi has a gift for making the sincere sound stylish. Take the signature line of his breakthrough single “Mine,” which he coos casually over a staccato trap beat: “You so f*cking precious when you smile.” That sweet sentiment and Bazzi’s off-the-cuff delivery launched this Michigan-born artist’s career when “Mine” became part of a Snapchat meme in 2018, but his infectiousness is hardly a trend. Whether sitting on a stool with his acoustic guitar or standing in front of a full band, when Bazzi opens his mouth to sing live, the room sings along. As a testament to his performative power, he’s toured with both his hero Justin Timberlake and young star Camila Cabello, who also joined him for a re-recording of his “Beautiful.” That song combines real romance with sex appeal, and mellow grooves with soaring vocals, and it sounded great when he sang it from the top of a float — and directly into TV viewers’ homes — during the 2018 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
Bazzi in Concert
Andrew Bazzi grew up in Canton, Michigan, raised by a Lebanese father who instilled in him a love of the lute-like oud instrument at a young age. He would also learn acoustic guitar at home, at the same time shoring up his role as beloved class clown at school. Elvis impressions and improvised songs got Bazzi the most attention, so by 2012 — around the age of 15 — he had begun posting cover songs on YouTube, and in 2014 he convinced his dad to relocate the family to Los Angeles so he could fulfill his dream of becoming a pop star. Inspired by Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake and Bryson Tiller, Bazzi combined old-school ability, pop-R&B swagger and new-school production. That winning mix garnered him a massive fan base, first on Vine (where he had 1.5 million followers), and later more broadly as he self-released original songs like “Beautiful” and “Mine” and watched as they took on lives of their own. The viral success of “Mine” led to a record deal with Atlantic, as well as high-profile tour placements, and of course a full-length debut. Dubbed Cosmic, Bazzi’s 2018 album is full of starry-eyed anthems about making it big and, naturally, making love. His 2019 mixtape follow-up Soul Searching looks more inward but pulls in outsiders like 21 Savage who solidify Bazzi’s rap bona fides.

I LOVE HIM!! HE IS SO SWEET AND LOVES HIS FANS ❤️❤️❤️ DEFINITELY WORTH IT AND WANT TO SEE HIM AGAIN SOON! HE SOUNDED AMAZING I WOULD LISTEN TO HIM ALL NIGHT
Bazzi show was good and great and I had fun at the show
Bazzi put on a great performance and it was one of a kind! I paid extra for the VIP section upstairs and it had a much better view with less crowds.
Only thing wasn’t told about how or when my meet and greet was so I completely missed it not worth the extra money spent if I couldn’t do that. I was hoping for an email. Ticket time was 8 so that’s when I got there and I guess I had to be there at 7.
So beautiful and such a fun concert, everyone just coming together and vibing
IN NYC IT WAS AMAZING I HAD NO IDEA I WOULD LOVE IT SO MUCH I WOULD 10000% GO AGAIN AND PLAN TO FOR NEXT TOUR
Not only did bazzi come in with an unforgettable beginning, but he ended with an absolute show stopping encore. Oh and everything in between? I felt my body die, my soul rise above and hang in the clouds , and come back down. The whole thing was surreal. Days later and I still don't believe it happened. It was a real fever dream. It was THE infinite dream. If you are even considering it slightly. DO IT. You won't regret it. It was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.
it was one of the best nights of my life. he was so genuine and his voice was amazing:)
I would see any concert at House of Blues Boston again and see Bazzi TEN more times. Thank you!
Seeing Bazzi live was, without any exaggeration, the most incredible experience I’ve had in my life to date. His vocals are just as amazing as they are in the sings if not better, he delivered so much energy to his performance and was so dedicated to ensuring this was a positive experience for his fans. His stage persona doesn’t even feel like a persona, he felt incredibly genuine when interacting with the crowd and showed his true colors. The energy all around was nothing short of incredible. Going to work the rest of week left me feeling like I just went through a breakup or as if I just finished watching a 20 season tv series. It was so good, I plan on staying up to date with any other performance opportunities I can witness again and would pay the extra money to see him back stage. I left with a new found appreciation for his work and him as an artist/individual. The vibes were impeccable, it was incredible (iykyk).Still not over it, it’s been 3 days.
When the lights went out for his entrance the venue went crazy. As soon as the music started and Bazzi started singing, his energy matched the crowd’s. The place felt electric with people singing, dancing, and jumping up and down to the music. Highly recommend everyone go to a Bazzi show!
Bazzi is great at keeping the audience engaged and has an amazing voice!
it was an amazing show! house of blues staff was very friendly and the entry process went smooth!
this show was the best show i’ve gone to! he was so personal and genuine, his voice was amazing, i had an incredible time. 10/10 recommend seeing bazzi.
Although this was not my preferred genre of music, my 15 y.o. son wanted to go. It was his first concert. It was surprisingly very exciting! The Hammerstein is a wonderful place to see a show. We were seated in 1st level center balcony which was perfect. The show was superb, and the sound was incredible. In the future I'm hoping to see some of my favorites play at this venue.
I have been dying to see Bazzi since the cosmic album, and this was surely worth the wait!! I loved every second of it, and how amazing of a personality and performer he is. I wish I could go back. Please come again soon!!!
Seriously, Bazzi is fantastic live. Crowd engagement was amazing. Great blend of his hits and new music. Friends I brought along that werent technically "fans" had a great time and are still talking about it! 10/10 recommend and would see again!
I've been to 30+ concerts and this one is in my top 3. He is such a great performer and makes amazing music; I wish I could go to another show on this tour! It definitely helped that the crowd had awesome energy and the venue wasn't too big, and also that everything ran on time - the opener came on exactly at 8 and had a short set and there was very little wait between the opener and Bazzi.
Would DEFINITELY recommend going to see Bazzi. I have been a fan of him since he dropped his first song! Incredible voice very involved with his audience. Love him even more now!
