About

For the past 25 years, Queens-based Bayside has represented a lifestyle, a counterculture, and a deeply-held commitment to integrity and earnestness. At their core, Bayside is a band that has constantly proven that music is not about gimmicks and ephemeral trends, but a timeless reflection of our life and our times. It is through this authentic expression and creative spirit that the band has amassed a cult-following that lives and breathes everything the band creates.

It's a spirit that permeates an impressive and storied discography, including Sirens and Condolences (2004), Bayside (2005), The Walking Wounded (2007) and Shudder (2008). Covering the "Victory Records Years," Bayside grew their reputation as road warriors with their impressive amount of touring. From basements to clubs to Warped Tour, the band led melodious sing-alongs everywhere they went, with fans flocking to Anthony Raneri's personal, yet universal lyrics and story-telling. Fan favorites like "Devotion and Desire" and "Duality" continue to be staples in the bands' live show.

While the band held strong to their punk roots, what set them apart from their peers was their musicianship. Diverse in thought and background, but united in a shared desire for authentic expression and immense musical talent, Bayside continues to push the boundaries of what a Bayside song could be. In the second half of their legendary career, covering the "Wind-Up and Hopeless Records Years," Bayside embraced the heavier and grittier side of themselves, while keeping the anthemic choruses of the earlier years. With Killing Time (2011), Cult (2014), Vacancy (2016), Interrobang (2019), and There Are Worse Things Than Being Alive (2024), the band focused on creating songs that are relevant to people who want substance, rather than being relegated to one genre. In 2023, the band even collaborated with Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills on their rock anthem, "How To Ruin Everything (Patience)" - their first song charting at Sirius XM Octane.

Having toured the world multiple times over, sold thousands of albums, and amassed millions of streams, Bayside has achieved a lot in their storied career. And while many bands would coast on their past success, Bayside has always rejected that premise and continues to prove time and again that the best is yet to come.

  • One of Denver’s Great Venues

by JeffD on 4/30/24Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - DenverRating: 4 out of 5

The Fillmore is a great place to see a show with super helpful and friendly staff, good sound and lots of great areas from which to view the show with room for moving.

Very good show of great nostalgia bands. Good time with the wife

  • 1st Bayside show!

by Mark M on 4/30/24Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

I went to my 1st Bayside show(for a girl I'm crazy about) and I was NOT disappointed. They definitely lived up to all her hype. Full of energy and fun the whole show.

  • Rocked the Night Away

by Mae on 4/30/24Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

Pretty well rounded amazing experience. The line up couldn't have gotten better. The space and energy of the entire venue was amazing and have almost nothing negative to say about the experience. Absolutely would do it again. While I Absolutely would do it again, I definitely will not be bringing any sort of soft tip marker for the chance to get something signed, it was pretty expensive and I had to throw it away. The other thing I probably won't do is spend $100 on four drinks the latter of which were 5% seltzer water.

  • Awesome Show

by Ky on 4/30/24Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

The people running merch and doing drinks were so friendly and made the process so fast. The show was incredible. The venue is always a blast!

  • Crowdsurfing and Excitment

by Rebecca on 4/30/24Fillmore Auditorium (Denver) - DenverRating: 5 out of 5

This show blew me away. Bayside were fantastic and the openers were like a dream line up from highschool years. It gave warped tour energy with 3 openers! Bayside was perfect, Finch was fantastic. The first 2 openers needed better sound engineers.

  • Sound quality was meh

by Nate N. on 4/29/24The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 4 out of 5

Seemed like it was the most rushed concert in history. Love the bands. But seemed the venue wanted them out of there asap. And bayside sounding like Mickey Mouse was disappointing. But still love the show.

  • Amazing As Always

by Micayla on 4/29/24The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

Bayside is my favorite band and they were amazing to see live again! Can't wait for the next time they are in town!

  • Fun, thrilling show

by Leslow on 4/29/24The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 3 out of 5

It was in overall great experience except I would appreciate a time set list. I got there an hour after the show started and missed out on the band I wanted to see. I figured I had more time since there's multiple openings acts

  • So much fun

by Jake on 4/29/24The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

Lots of energy, very talented! Opening bands were great. It was my first time at The Union and it is a great venue.

  • High-energy Fun

by sestriere on 4/29/24The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

I thought Bayside was excellent live. They had a lot of fun varying the timing of their songs and playing off the audience. The guitar riffs and vocals were incredible. I loved how they had polished the song transitions and seamlessly moved from one song to the next. Except for the acoustic duet, it was high-energy and intense for over an hour. I would highly recommend seeing them live.

  • Bayside

by Jomama on 4/23/24The Observatory North Park - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

Better live than recorded to me, that’s the best compliment you can give a band.

  • Great set list

Fantastic spot from bayside, all the opening bands were sick!

  • Great show.

by TheWook on 4/22/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Fantastic show. Bayside and Armor for Sleep were amazing. Finch was good and Winona fighter was great and started off a decent mosh pit. House of blues is always a good venue.

  • Heavy, Sick, Dope!!!!

by Jimmy on 4/22/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Bayside never let's down this is probably the 9th time I have seen them and the set list was the best I had ever experienced. These guys always play there hearts out and as long as they tour I'll be there House of blues never disappoints.🙌🤘🤘🤘

  • Great show and band. Terrible venue

by Matty Joe on 4/22/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 4 out of 5

Band was absolutely amazing as always. Venue is less than ideal. Overly crowded on the main level because HOB decides to offer VIP tickets for $125 on top of the original cost of the ticket. Lots of space upstairs, but HOB would rather gouge customers.

  • They Have Yet to Miss

by Jade on 4/22/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

I've been a fan for 21 years but I took my friend in cold and he had a great time. Speaks wonders to the band for being able to entertain OG and new fans alike, not only that but this show was SOLD OUT during coachella weekend. Thank you Bayside!

  • Just as good as the first time i saw them

by Kica on 4/22/24House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 5 out of 5

Last time I saw these guys was maybe 15 years ago at word tour. Getting to see them again up close was a great experience. They did all their best songs of course and sounded amazing, great energy.

  • Amazing band

by Dan on 4/21/24House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

Bayside is soo good! They played all the hits and it was just a grand time! A couple that had just gotten married got to dance with them on stage and that was so sweet! Great energy! Will be one of my favorites.

  • Classic punk rock show for an older crowd

by Jonah on 4/20/24The Wiltern - Los AngelesRating: 5 out of 5

This was an awesome show. A lot of these bands I've seen before, most of them when I was 15 years younger. This show was reminiscent of those old shows, with all the energy you'd expect from these bands, but the crowd was, like myself, much older than they used to be, so the idea of a mosh pit wasn't even on anyone's mind. Still, the energy was electric, and the bands kicked ass. Winona Fighter is going to pop off this year, get ready.
