    Classic acts

by Elli on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

The concert was enjoyable. The intermission times were very reasonable. The sound system in the venue needs upgrading badly. Love love Lakesides energy and stage presence.

    Loved it!

by Sweetpea on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

I wish Lakeside had done more than three songs but overall it was a blast!

    It was everything

by She she in the sip on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

The sos band opened it up and got it hopping. They were the bomb. Then Lakeside slid on in and made a raid. It was a fantastic voyage. Confunksun brought the funky…they were outstanding. The Barkays tore the house up, it was anticipation and an unforgettable dream. The best concert of the year ever. I totally enjoyed myself all the time. Danced so I can hardly walk and it’s Monday. It’s a show you must see.

    Grown and Sexy

    by J. S. on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

I really enjoyed the show. All of the artist did a wonderful job. I felt safe because the younger generation was not there. Everyone was dressed nice and the atmosphere was amazing.

    Very Disappointed ***

by Evelyn on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

The SOS Band performed first and they were really good...The show went downhill after that. The "Original" Lakeside only performed 3 songs!!! As a long time fan of theirs, this was so unbelievable. They didn't sing any of their slow romantic songs. Confunkshun played music more than they sang and the Barkays were shells of their former group. Waste of money....

    Too Short Show

by Disappointed Fan on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

The show was good but way too short for the amount of money paid. The SOS Band was great. Lakeside sang 4 songs and left the stage. Con Funk Shun’s sound system was terrible and their performance was too short. The Bar Kays performance was way too short.

by Brenda on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

Best show ever my husband and I had a great time . We haven't been t a concert since we have been married. We are still talking about this show. All the group did a fantastic job. We are looking forward to the next old school concert.

One of the best concerts ever!

by Nine on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

This was by far one of my favorite concerts. There is nothing like real bands that use real instruments. Old school music never gets old. All of the acts were amazing and I danced the entire night!

Disappointed. I’ve seen them before and they were so good.

by BRG on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

Music selection was unrecognizable as Bar Kay’s. Their dance entry was lame. The female singers in both groups not good. Lakeside music was some better. We waited outside too long. Left early.

All of the bands were great.

by Layla on 9/12/22Landers Center - Southaven

I think the sound techs did a good job for the BarKays but an awful job for the other bands. Maybe this was done on purpose to make the headline act stand out, but this is unfair to customers who were fans of ALL of the bands and paid good money to hear them all.

Enjoyed from start to end, with a good opening act. Dotson showed up for a minute, along with Eddie Levert! Damn good show... Only on Memphis!

    Fake

by 1983 Graduate on 3/27/19Music Hall At Fair Park - Dallas

The overall concert was a bust. "Zapp" was great! Gap Band appeared to be playing to tracks. Not all musicians seem to really be playing instruments. Bar Kays did not sound or look good. The look like imposters. They appeared to be singing to tracks as well. Not a very good concert at all. I was very disappointed.

    Not the Bar-Kays

by Ms. Hunny on 3/27/19Music Hall At Fair Park - Dallas

We were expecting the original group. When the new group took the stage, we were a bit confused. And when they started to perform we were not happy. So, we will not recommend that tour to anyone.
