Banda El Recodo Tickets

We were in line until 930 pm, it took over 3 hours and we just gave up waiting because the line was just not movingand we were still not even close to the entrance, and to top it off one of the performers canceled. Whoever coordinated this event...this was the worst experience ive ever had at a concert. People were throwing bottles, there was a guy that pissed right in front of us cause there was no restroom outside and he disnt want to lose his place in line.

The concert itself was amazing. From Jary Franco opening to Peso Pluma closing. But the gates that separated Fan Zone and General audience were broken. Everything got so crowded, a couple people fainted around me. Therefore, I think it’s best if there’s a little more security or even consequences to the people that go in. I paid more to have a better experience, to have a better view even but that didn’t happen because of that. I went to a Grupo Arriesgado concert as well and the same thing happened but they dealt with the situation just fine. It took them a while but they went around checking who didn’t have a VIP bracelet and escorted everyone who didn’t belong out of the section.

It was the worse experience ever. I’ve been to concerts . But the amount of money you pay to stand in line for 3 hours. It was so an organized. No directions , people walking all over just cutting in line . It was bad. Peso Pluma was awesome.

The artists were spectacular, it was an event that no one couldn’t miss, unfortunately it wasn’t organized properly knowing that it had “SOLD OUT” lots of people left were waiting in line 3 to 4 hours, that was very sad… next time venue needs to be prepared…!!

Waited 4 hours to try to get in and at the end they shut the doors at 9:30 and we couldn’t even get it 😣😡😡😡😡😡

The venue oversold tickets and the security weren’t even doing their job. People were getting hurt and overall very crowded. Because they oversold ticket people who already had them weren’t let in. I really hope they get a refund for that!

Long lanes to get in and long lanes to buy tickets for drinks really bad service who organized this events and to the last moment they send a email one artist not coming that’s ridiculous 👎🏻👎🏻

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a show. We were waiting in line for over 3 hours and when we reached the front everyone was shoving everyone and trampling over people to get in. They closed the gates to the entrance because there were people fighting and throwing bottles. We left due to the unsafe environment and never got to see the performers. They oversold tickets because the line wrapped around so many blocks.

It was over sold, there was no organization. People were jumping the gate to get to the fan zone and VIP area, I was harass and kicked out of my own area.

Un-organized event staff , never was told where meet and great was at or taking place, I asked security and was ignored told rudely don’t know after asking three times. I asked to talk to their supervisor and told why and finally that they didn’t have any. Bought vip tickets and people where let in the section with out wrist bands especially when main act went on stage, felt like I was in the general admission section. One of the acts called out just half a day out before the concert. Guess this is the entertainment industry of today .

I would like a refund because it was not well organized and fights

The concert was great once we were able to get in after being in line for 4 hours. We missed half of the show due to the lines. The convention center was not prepared with all the people that attended. There was not enough security or police officers.

I didn’t even get to go in to see them waste of money

The artists themselves were great but the venue was horrible. Not enough security, getting in was ridiculous got in line at 6pm was able to get into the venue at 9:45pm. They clearly Oversold tickets not enough entrances. Do better next time

WORST CONCERT EVER. Paid extra for fan zone tickets. At the venue they had general admission jumping over the rails to get to fan zone!!! Security did NOTHING. They were pushing everyone in the front!!! It was so hard to breath in there and even move!! Never AGAIN I want a REFUND

I’ve been to a few concerts at the convention center and have never had this issue. It feels like the promoter was unprepared for this event. Security was under staffed and it appears that the event was over sold. It was the longest line I had ever seen for a concert and we were in line for hours without getting in. There are videos all over Instagram and TikTok showing how poorly this event was handled.

Terrible event. Unorganized and waited hours to get in and eventually left.

I hope I get refund 4 hours in line for nothing I’m really disappointed it could be more organize to the event not over sell tickets

This was the worst managed event I’ve ever attended. There were no staff/signage to direct where to go. The line was extremely long & people were cutting & just overall crowded. We ended up leaving after waiting in line for 3 1/2 hours. Waste of time & money
