What a mesmerizing production! Ballet Etudes's Cinderella intertwines storytelling and humor with stunning choreography and captivating performances from these talented young dancers. Enhanced by Prokofiev's gorgeous score and beautiful costumes and production elements (Cinderella's transformations were truly magical!), it provides an enchanting experience that captivated our entire family.
This was the first Ballet Etudes show that I have attended and wow I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! The costumes were gorgeous and the girls wearing the different colored dresses were spectacular! Everything was wonderful, the music, dancing and the Fairy Godmother with the smoke special effects were fabulous. It was a truly beautiful and elegant show, I will definitely be going to future Ballet Etudes performances!
Cinderella has a long first act that was made longer in this production. The staging was so-so. The step sisters were a good comic relief. Cinderella was a technically fine dancer with little emotional impact. The 2nd act is livelier and the dancing very good but the choreography of the changing seasons was awkward. I sincerely hope Ballet Etudes can shake of this malaise and bring back artistry. I saw the same show two years ago and it was brilliant.
The show was wonderful, dancers were incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Chandler Center for the Arts! It is a great venue!
Absolutely, amazing dancers clearly the best junior company in Arizona. Highly recommended must see all of their performances.
I liked that dancers of all ages were performing! I loved how you made the horses and a carriage. I thought Cinderella’s dress at the ball could have been more puffy(like in a Cinderella movie)
First ballet attended I really enjoyed it and the bit of the comedy that was presented in the performance. I’m looking forward to seeing more ballets in the future
Loved the performance even if the audience of moms and girls dressed like princesses was a little "Disney on Ice" for me.

We purchased tickets 3yrs ago and the pandemic hit. My daughter is now 19, have always gone to these types of events as a little girl. It was wonderful seeing little girls and grown ones alike enjoying the show.
