Backstreet Boys on Tour
The pitch-perfect harmonies. The matching outfits and dance moves. The dreamy personas. When they set foot in an arena, the Backstreet Boys are absolutely in their element, belting out a massive catalog of original hits to an outsized audience that screams back every word. Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson have been at it for decades, but even after setting the blueprint for acts like One Direction and 5 Seconds of Summer, their 1993-formed group remains the best-selling boy band of all time. And unlike so many others (including their former direct competition, *NSYNC), Backstreet Boys never quit. They kept making records — adapting their increasingly adult sound to an ever-shifting pop landscape — and kept upping the performance stakes too, taking their NKOTBSB supergroup (with New Kids on the Block) on the road in 2011, and holding down a two-year residency at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas starting in 2017. Their DNA World Tour celebrates their rich history of swooning ballads and get-up-and-dance jams (and yet another No. 1 album in 2019's DNA).
Backstreet Boys in Concert
Despite becoming more or less a five-headed pop machine, the Backstreet Boys' origins were pretty organic. Cousins Kevin Richardson and Brian Littrell came up singing in church choirs and at festivals in Lexington, Kentucky, while the other three bonded over their shared love for Prince and old-school R&B after meeting at various acting auditions around Orlando. They came together under the guidance of teen-pop guru Lou Pearlman and emerged in the mid-1990s as radio-smashing global sensations — the quintessential boy band yearning over heartfelt hits like "I Want It That Way" and powering parties with upbeat bops like "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)." Their first two U.S. albums — 1997's Backstreet Boys and 1999's Millennium — also marked the arrival of Swedish superproducer Max Martin, who helped forge a shiny new sound that combined bubblegum pop, classic R&B, hip-hop swing and dance production. The Backstreet Boys' astounding longevity owes as much to maintaining this baseline formula as it does to their ability to pull modern sounds and grown-man themes into the gleaming pop universe they created way back when.

the backstreet boys where great fun to see and hear. To bad the parking at DTE was such a mess it really put a damper on the whole night. 2 hours is way to long to get out of a parking lot, hopefully DTE will work on this situation.
As always, the Backstreet Boys brought the house down! I've been to one concert every tour with the exception of Millennium and I honestly think this was one of the best! The little quirky things like the videos between song sets, the fact that the guys have gone back to their roots with the dancing in a nod to the past, and just the way they seemed to be having fun themselves was amazing! Their shows always make for a fun friendly atmosphere, and everyone can enjoy the music and a good time even if they don't necessarily know all the songs. I'd definitely recommend their shows to anyone looking for a rocking good time.
the concert was super fun. they had a ton of energy and really gave it all they had. they sang all of my favorite old songs and some new songs that i have never even heard. they really gave a lot in there show. i've never been to a concert quite like this one. tons of fun and EVERYONE should go!!! :) "Backstreet's back alright!"
This was a very good concert. The boys still have talent, and can bring in a crowd. The best part was watching my 26 year old daughter acting like she was 16 again.
The backstreet boy concert was one of the best concerts i have ever seen. They played every song i knew and better than i would have ever imagined. I just wish that they could have been in Michigan for more than one day so the arena wasn't as crowded but who cares it was the BACKSTREET BOYS<3.
This concert was incredible! BSB knows how to entertain the crowd and put on an AMAZING show! Everything was set up perfectly and there was NEVER a dull moment. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this show! This is probably the best concert I've ever been too and I have been to about 20 in the past 4 years.
I really enjoyed the concert. The concert was so much fun that even the rain didn't scare people away!

Backstreets back, and better than ever! They were awesome - singing was great and dancing was amazing! Many costume changes made it even better. A totally unforgettable experience.
This concert was amazing. The boys sounded great and hearing those oldies, but goodies brought back such goo memories. I can't say enough how great this show was. And the venue was beautiful, the Pavilion right on the water in Boston! If they come back to Boston, I am definitely going to see them again.
This is my third year going to see backstreet boys, I'm 28 years old and when i go to there concert i truly feel like I'm still 15 again. They sing all there old songs as well as there new ones and put on a spectacular performance. I buy front row every time they come to town for a concert I love to be up close and personal with them and that's how they make they fans feel! Best Concert Ever!!
The dance moves were great, their singing was awesome, and they kept the audience involved. There were many surprises like the intro when they jumped through the screen. The only problem is they stopped singing way too soon. I was hoping they would sing masquerade, shattered, and what I know now. They seemed to sing more of their old songs than their new ones. I don't think they say any song off of Unbreakable.
It was good very fun and i love how they did a mixture of old and new but the storm came in..... that sucked.
Good time, even though the weather made a turn for the worse towards the end of the concert. Too many obnoxious little girls jumping around and getting dramatic over other little girls, all in the age range of 16-17yrs old. Too much profanity for my 11yr old cousin and her little friend to see and have to hear at their first concert. This was a Backstreet Boys concert, not Eminem or Nickelback!
I have loved the Backstreet Boys since I was like 13 or whatever... so when I saw that they were going to be on tour and actually around my area granted I had to drive two and a half hours but it was well worth it! I had amazing seats and they played a combination of old songs and new songs. I feel like it was cut short because of the weather, but I was glad that I was able to go and to anyone who has not seen the BSB's in concert you have to go....they are AMAZING!!!!!
The boys are back and as good as ever! The concert was a wonderful combination of their most recent work and their classic hits! The videos between costume changes were great! And they are all just as hot as ever!
I had so much fun last night with a group of 7! With the exception of Brian thinking he was in Chicago and getting boo'd the show was great! We had to leave early because of the storm since my 3 kids under 6 years old were with us, otherwise nothing would have made me leave early!
This concert was amazing I can't wait to see them again. They always put on a good show
