About

Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert presents a live orchestral rendition of the series' iconic soundtrack, paired with a two-hour special recap of the animated series' three seasons displayed on a full-size cinema screen. The projection will feature the original dialogue and sound effects without any pre-recorded music, allowing the live orchestra to perform the legendary score live and in perfect sync with the show's favorite scenes. The result? A truly immersive and grandiose concert experience that breathes new life into Avatar: The Last Airbender.

A Peabody and Emmy® Award-winning series, Avatar: The Last Airbender follows the adventures of the main protagonist Aang and his friends, who must defeat Fire Lord Ozai and end the Hundred-Year War to restore balance to the Four Nations. Taiko and erhu will share the spotlight with violins and clarinets, while the series' most beloved scenes play out on the big screen, bringing viewers into the Avatar world to experience the series' most memorable moments with Aang, Katara, Toph, Sokka, Zuko and more.

The creative mastermind behind the show's original music, Emmy Award-winning composer and musician Jeremy Zuckerman, has poured his heart and exceptional talent into expanding his compositions for the concert series. Through creative collaboration with Jeff Adams (the show's original editor), this spectacular production magnifies the epic scope and high drama of the series and gives its audience the chance to experience the captivating world of Avatar: The Last Airbender through this live orchestra concert.

  • Overpriced, barely any "concert"

It was a cool show. Played popular clips from the animated series while playing some of the accompanying music live alongside the recorded voices. But it wasn't clear which parts were live vs recorded, and the insturments overall weren't featured enough. This show could've been done with better effect in a movie theater and would be worth a $25 ticket. Not at all worth $100.

  • Just watch it, you won't regret it

I don't have much to say that others haven't already said. I went with my sister, and we grew up with the show, making this experience all the more special. If you are a big fan of this show, I highly recommend it; it's definitely worth it. It truly is a surreal experience to be in a theater of hundreds of people who loved the show the same way you did. I will never forget the experience, probably for the rest of my life, and if it comes back to LA, I will definitely be watching it again. An absolutely beautiful experience made for all ages and types of fans of this magnificent show.

Literal highlight of my year. I loved every second.

  • Absolutely beautiful

This was one of the most beautiful experiences I've ever had. The scenes they picked to highlight and the way they told the story was amazing. They used 2 of my favorite parts of the show , my favorite Avatar activation when Aang saved the water tribe as the blue koi fish and little soldier boy giving honor to Iroh's son. Rewatching what happened to Appa when they kidnapped and sold him into slavery had me and my whole row in tears. The Avatar world is one of my favorites, but nothing beats the original Aang and the gang and this was an absolute masterpiece.

  • Beautiful moving event

For those who grew up with or who watched Avatar the last air bender this concert is a hand in hand walk through the characters and their journey that fans know so well. I wouldn’t call it an interactive experience but the audience is encouraged to cheer for their favorites and jeer the bad guys. And yes, stay for the encore, it’s Secret Tunnel!

  • An awesome way to experience Avatar

by Julian on 11/13/25Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre at SDSU - San DiegoRating: 5 out of 5

The opening was very touching, seeing how two friends created Avatar The Last Airbender. It was an absolutely beautiful show, just a cold night! We left at intermission, but we hope we can do this again and plan better for the weather.

  • Best experience eva

This was one of the best experiences I've ever witnessed. As a true fan from it's conception, from start to finish, the music, the scenes, just the whole set up was perfection. The venue was open at air which allowed for much space without feeling others were breathing on each other and the musicians and singers were just top notch. Also, how can someone's voice get SO low lol. A must see!!

  • A beautiful experience

by Annie on 11/12/25Dolby Theatre - HollywoodRating: 5 out of 5

As a long time fan of the show, my expectations were sky-high... and they were completely blown out of the water. I was moved to tears several times (especially during Book 2, if you know you know) and I even caught myself cheering and whooping alongside other audience members beside me during the hyped-up action sequences. Whether you've watched the show every year since 2005 or have only seen it for the first time during the pandemic, the ATLA In Concert show is not something you want to miss.

Loved everything about the event. It really was amazing to be around so many lovers of the series. Loved the crowd interaction and of course the orchestra itself. Would definitely recommend and go again.

  • The most amazing show I’ve ever seen

by Brodigergamer on 11/12/25Rating: 5 out of 5

I went to the show recently with my brother and his girlfriend and honestly the show was super amazing and intense. It took me back all the way to 2005 when it came out 20 years ago and I will never forget when I watched it. the music was so intense and I love how they had the close captions on the screen so you can read what was going on what they were saying. I wish that one of my favorite celebrities was there that would’ve been cool but either way the show was pretty amazing and very intense. I really enjoyed the music and I still do. It’s so beautiful. I hope to see this show again and I hope that they will prove out the concert on streaming platform to watch available. Someday this was really amazing and I am thankful and proud to say that I’ve been a very big fan of the show since it first came out I hope they’ll continue to do the concert tour. I wish you guys good luck. Thank you so much for bringing avatar the last Airbender in concert to life
