    Unique performance of the story

by KeJaycee on 11/1/17Caesars Atlantic City - Atlantic City

This is not your "standard" ballet performance of a familiar show. This unique presentation is an exciting interpretation of the Dracula story line. The cast is bigger than expected which lends to the viewing pleasure of the audience. There are many dancers in synchronization with each other as well as individuals performing variations on dance themes. The entire ensemble works so well together, you are drawn into each characters emotion of their part. The main characters show their skills individually as well as with the entire troupe. In this venue, you are close enough to see the dancers facial expressions portray their emotions that they put forward in their dance. The primary and secondary characters dance wonderfully and are supported by group performers in costumes that are effective without being obtrusive. The music is recorded (not a live orchestra) and the only minor drawback was that at times it was to loud. It is a splendid show - well done.

    Swan Lake on the Atlantic

by KeJaycee on 5/24/17Caesars Atlantic City - Atlantic City

This was the 3rd performance I saw by the ACB this year. Each one has been a wonderful evening of entertainment and beautiful ballet. The venue at Caesar's is small enough to see all the dancers very close up and almost feel as if you are part of the performance. The sets are not extravagant, but the costumes and dancers enthusiasm far exceed any lavish set. This troupe supplies a wonderful family performance that will be a great introduction to ballet for any youngster and a pleasure for any adult that appreciates this form of art.

    Bless the Poor Prince.

by Charlietraymore on 5/24/17Caesars Atlantic City - Atlantic City

I have seen the Kirov version and while ACB lacks the Orchestration and Settings, they do produce a most lovely and heartwarming production of Swan Lake. And as usual, Odette and the Prince have to die at the end. I shall attend each and every performance of the AC Ballet.

    Loved It

by NN602RLN on 4/26/17Caesars Atlantic City - Atlantic City

Choreography was at times simple but at the same time unusual and fascinating. All of the cast did their parts well, but most enjoyable were Carmen and Don Jose pas de deux, along with performances by Micaela, Zuniga, Escamillo and Frasquita.

    ACB Dracula

by MarieInEHT on 11/2/16Caesars Atlantic City - Atlantic City

The amount of hard work that went into this production was evidenced by the spectacular performance. I enjoyed it so very, very much. The down side was the parking at Ceaser's. $25.00. It is difficult for me to walk very far, so I'm stuck with parking close. Alas, this will be my last visit and I'll be cutting up my card. I will miss the ballet company and the restaurants.

by kyml on 10/28/14Claridge Hotel - Atlantic City

The performance was very well done. It is sad that there were not more people in the audience. The dancers were so talented and obviously worked very hard. I truly enjoyed the performance!

If you have never been to a ballet, this is one to see. Take your most favorite Broadway Musicals and combine beautiful ballet and there you have it. AC Ballet Goes Broadway was fantastic!
