Atlanta Ballet Nutcracker Tickets

I was so excited to take my children to see the nutcracker. I have fond memories from my child of seeing it. We waited an hour and a half due to technical difficulties. They were not very communicative so no one knew what was going on. They should have handled this differently. Once the performance started it still had glitches. They only offered half off another show. There should have been full refunds. The show was ok. The dancers were great but I did not care for the interpretation of the story. It was very different from what I remember such as no sugar plum fairy. I’m not sure I’ll be back

The dancers were amazing! The symphony was amazing! Unfortunately waiting an hour and a half for the hour and a half show was not amazing. I would’ve liked a more detailed explanation as to why we were waiting. The first intercom delay said thirty minutes, that was a lie. Then after the audience made some noise a gentleman came out to announce it would begin momentarily. Momentarily means thirty minutes apparently. Some sort of explanation to build understanding would have gone a long way.

The sparkle of Christmas! The return to my childhood! Watching The Nutcracker through my grand baby’s eyes! I can’t express the joy and familiar closeness of Christmas from absolutely perfect seats. Thank you for making this a special moment in time that shall be repeated year after year! Bravo!

I saw this at the Marietta Civic Center last year with an amateur company. That performance was better than this one. No magic. Kind of blah. Many folks did not know this was the Disney version and were asking why the story was different. They seemed confused.

I took my daughter to see the Atlanta Ballet’s Nutcracker. It was superb, everything from the whimsical set design, extremely talented dancers, amazing orchestra and the support staff. The show got off to a late start because of technical difficulties beyond their control, but it was well worth the wait. Go see this performance if you can!

The choreography, the performance and the music were excellent ! It was an amazing experience !!

Had the best time. My daughter has asked to go for several years now. This was to be the year ! After a wonderful dinner we were off to the show. Having never been to a ballet I did not realize what fun thing it is to do. The costumes, the props, and most of all the talented dancers were all spectacular. Best date with my daughter ( who is 25 ) yet. Thank you to ALL for a memorable evening.

The performance was absolutely beautiful. We was confused at the beginning when we saw a screen. We realized that it was for the snow and other effects. I suggest that you read over the program before the show, it will give a better understanding of what is happening. Everything concerning the ballet was amazing, from the dancers, to the orchestra, to the scenery! Simply amazing.

For what I paid this was not our favorite performance of Nutcracker

Waited for years to see this and finally received the opportunity. The wait was well worth it. The ballet was great and the orchestra was FANTABOLOUS! The woodwinds were beautiful. Made me want to pick up a clarinet after not playing for the last 20 years.

It was another incredible performance by the Atlanta Ballet. We look forward to this show every year!

I took my granddaughter to this year's performance of the Nutcracker. We went several years ago, and the choreography and costumes have changed so much, and for the better. It was fabulous!! We really loved the rat costume changes and the added visuals. It's the best ballet I've ever seen. Thank you so much!!

I was able to experience this with my daughter and granddaughter, and to see the look on my daughters face was priceless 💕 The staff was very professional and helpful!!!! This is a traditional birthday gift to myself ,and I love it.

The technology in the performance was amazing. The dancing was top notch! Loved the whole thing. Will become an annual tradition.

This is our fifth year of the Atlanta Ballet for the Nutcracker. Always a great show and a great time. A Daddy/Daughter Tradition going back to community productions before moving up to the big leagues.

I love this production.The only thing I miss is the sugar plum fairy. This is the only AB performance I go to these days. They took a more classical turn when they changed artistic directors, it's a shame. I would prefer that the venue be stricter about talking and phone use during the performance. The people next to me talked loudly through the performance.
