THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS IN CONCERT: DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO SEE THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS ON TOUR IN 2017

Formed in 1998 by Jared Leto and his older brother Shannon, Thirty Seconds to Mars found success in the ‘00s with a blend of hard rock, post-grunge and screamo. Drawing on influences ranging from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Rush, the band have enjoyed global success with platinum-selling albums, world tours and numerous music awards. Frontman and actor Jared Leto enjoyed success on the ‘90s television drama My So Called Life in addition to movies such as Fight Club and Requiem for a Dream. As he approached his 30s, he decided to focus on his music and enlisted the help of his brother to form Thirty Seconds to Mars. While music is his passion, Jared continues to enjoy a successful Hollywood acting career, and has a string of notable film releases to his name including Panic Room, Highway, and  American Psycho. He snagged an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

The group's self-titled debut album was released in 2002, though it was their platinum-selling second album, A Beautiful Lie, which catapulted the band to true worldwide fame, paving the way for several massive tours. A Beautiful Lie was followed by their 2009 album This is War which reached the top 10 of several national album charts and earned numerous music awards. In 2013, the band left EMI for Universal Music, and released the critically acclaimed Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams 2013. A brand new music video, starring Kanye West and Lindsay Lohan, was released from the album to promote the track City of Angels. To date the band has sold over 10 million albums worldwide.

Thirty Seconds to Mars have won numerous music awards, including six Kerrang! Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, seven MTV Europe Music Awards, a NME award and a Billboard Music Award. The band also achieved a place in Guinness World Records as Longest Concert Tour by a Rock Band, performing 311 shows in just over two years.

The band’s first tour was the Forever Night, Never Day tour in 2006, followed by Welcome to the Universe tour in the same year. In 2007 they embarked upon A Beautiful Lie tour, performing at numerous venues and festivals worldwide. This was followed by two more world tours including Into the Wild 2010 and their recent 2013 Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams tour.

Thirty Seconds to Mars was great.

by CFaubel on 7/26/18Mattress Firm Amphitheatre (Formerly Sleep Train Amphitheatre) - Chula Vista

Really enjoyed Thirty Seconds to Mars but their set was too short and they did not play anything from their first album! Would have liked to hear just one track from the first album.

    30 seconds to mars

by Roughshow on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Openening bands were great! 30 seconds to mars was in the bottom 5 of the worst musical performances that I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to well over 500 shows in my life. I was extremely disappointed as were MANY people around us. I was really looking forward to seeing them. From stopping songs randomly in the middle, spending waaaay too much time bring people on stage and just the poor quality of the music. We left early feeling ripped off, so did hundreds of other people...

Thirty Seconds To Mars Rocked Phoenix !!!!!!

    by Warlock52 on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Without a doubt one of the best concerts I have ever been to and I have seen so many groups I can't remember them all! Jared is so engaging with the crowd and makes everyone part of the show and he has as much fun as everyone there! On top of that he has a incredible voice. DO NOT MISS SEEING THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS IF YOU HAVE THE CHANCE!

Walk the Moon stole the show.

by TimX on 7/25/18The Forum - Los Angeles

30STM were just going through the motions on stage at the Forum. Their stage and lighting were really boring. They took an hour to set it up which was a waste of time. Plus, there was to much sing a long moments. Maybe one or two but five to eight is a little much. Walk the Moon hit the stage running with a great set list and staging. They had the crowd standing and dancing from the first minute. They won the night with a fantastic performance.

    Not impressed

by DIESELGUY on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Opening bands were great headliner not so much. We came to hear music not have you stop in the middle of every song to invite someone on stage, have someone else play your music or sing your song. Remember we came to see you. Stopping your song so you can update your Twitter just confirms you have sold out to the mainstream, maybe your better off with your friends in Hollywood. Disappointing and is obviously why others started to leave in the middle of your set.

    Long hot night

    by Beavis66 on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Too many "warm up" bands (3) on a 113 degree day/night in Phoenix. Too much talking/interaction with the crowd once they finally took the stage (9:30). This venue should not be used in the summer.

    by paty78 on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

K Flay, Walk the Moon, and 30STM gave a memorable experience. I went to celebrate my birthday and was not disappointed. The venue was amazing by the far the best I've been to in the Valley.

    A big pile of goo

by Anonymous on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

No artist should hold a show outdoors in the AZ summer heat. I couldn’t enjoy any of it since I was melting the entire time.
