THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS IN CONCERT: DON'T MISS YOUR CHANCE TO SEE THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS ON TOUR IN 2017

Formed in 1998 by Jared Leto and his older brother Shannon, Thirty Seconds to Mars found success in the ‘00s with a blend of hard rock, post-grunge and screamo. Drawing on influences ranging from Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and Rush, the band have enjoyed global success with platinum-selling albums, world tours and numerous music awards. Frontman and actor Jared Leto enjoyed success on the ‘90s television drama My So Called Life in addition to movies such as Fight Club and Requiem for a Dream. As he approached his 30s, he decided to focus on his music and enlisted the help of his brother to form Thirty Seconds to Mars. While music is his passion, Jared continues to enjoy a successful Hollywood acting career, and has a string of notable film releases to his name including Panic Room, Highway, and  American Psycho. He snagged an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Dallas Buyers Club.

The group's self-titled debut album was released in 2002, though it was their platinum-selling second album, A Beautiful Lie, which catapulted the band to true worldwide fame, paving the way for several massive tours. A Beautiful Lie was followed by their 2009 album This is War which reached the top 10 of several national album charts and earned numerous music awards. In 2013, the band left EMI for Universal Music, and released the critically acclaimed Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams 2013. A brand new music video, starring Kanye West and Lindsay Lohan, was released from the album to promote the track City of Angels. To date the band has sold over 10 million albums worldwide.

Thirty Seconds to Mars have won numerous music awards, including six Kerrang! Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, seven MTV Europe Music Awards, a NME award and a Billboard Music Award. The band also achieved a place in Guinness World Records as Longest Concert Tour by a Rock Band, performing 311 shows in just over two years.

The band’s first tour was the Forever Night, Never Day tour in 2006, followed by Welcome to the Universe tour in the same year. In 2007 they embarked upon A Beautiful Lie tour, performing at numerous venues and festivals worldwide. This was followed by two more world tours including Into the Wild 2010 and their recent 2013 Love, Lust, Faith and Dreams tour.

30 Seconds to Mars is AMAZING!!

    by JustinFan0 on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

This was my 2nd time seeing 30STM in concert, but the 1st time in which they were headlining and they did not disappoint!! Jared and Shannon Leto really know how to put on a fantastic show and engage with the crowd! I was right up front which made the experience even better, and I may be biased since they are my favorite band, but the show really was amazing! I would recommend seeing them live 100%

Walk the Moon was the Highlight

by Jimmerx on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

Jared Leto thinks he is a god. A big let down. He let the audience do his work. A bad case of LDS Lead Singers Disease. Only 3 good songs on his latest offering.

Last night of Monolith Tour was great

by coffeequeenaz on 7/25/18Ak-Chin Pavilion - Phoenix

All the bands were in great form. Reallly enjoyed K Flay and Walk the Moon. Thirty Seconds to Mars was fun, especially for all the people who got to go in stage. I would have liked to hear Jerod sing more instead if the crowd but he was having fun so it was overall a great show.

Finally saw 30 Seconds to Mars

    by Janinejersey1 on 7/24/18The Forum - Inglewood

They had 3 warm up bands which is always great, giving new bands exposure. Mars was really good, Jared’s got a great voice. Wish they played a little longer. Also v cool that Halsey came out for a duet.

The put on a great show,

by drRuben on 7/24/18Mattress Firm Amphitheatre (Formerly Sleep Train Amphitheatre) - Chula Vista

Never been to a 30 seconds to mars concert, yeah, I know… But the gave a great show, It wasn’t sold out, but you know, it was Comic-on weekend. My only complaint they didn’t play “From yesterday”, but other than that. Walk the Moon was also great, also never seen them live, the other artists where good to, but I was trying to get a seat upgrade, while they played, sounded good.

30 seconds to Mars brought it.

by matthew33 on 7/24/18Shoreline Amphitheatre - Mountain View

The show in total was amazing. We saw K.Flay, Walk the Moon, and 30 seconds to Mars. All of the bands brought the house down and sounded great. The thing that set the headliner above was the crowd interaction. Encouraging the crowd up front felt very cool and also the amount of people they brought on stage.

    One the best experiences ever!

by PulisWifey on 7/24/18Mattress Firm Amphitheatre (Formerly Sleep Train Amphitheatre) - Chula Vista

I was super impressed with this event and as always, this venue. I love having access to an actual bathroom that’s stocked with plenty of supplies! There were some decently priced vendors there, too. Now, about the performers; they were all so amazing and inspirational! The highlight the my night was definitely being invited from the lawn to the pit by the Leto brothers! Can you say grateful af?! I definitely needed this after I was seriously let down by a music festival I went to last month man.

30 Seconds to Mars is epic live!

by Lolalane on 7/24/18The Forum - Inglewood

Epic concert!!! Went with my sister and we both had an amazing time!! It was an epic show and amazing line up! We just wish we got there closer to doors to see all the stuff on the padio. The sound and lighting quality was amazing, and it was pretty easy to navigate the venue. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was too good a time and we wish we could do it all over again!

    Meh

by Anonymous on 7/24/18Mattress Firm Amphitheatre (Formerly Sleep Train Amphitheatre) - Chula Vista

Tickets were far cheaper the day of the show than they were for the Citibank ‘special advanced purchase’ and that is rediculous! The performance was lackluster. Jared spent more time with kids on stage than actually singing. In the future I’ll just wait till the day of the show to get better and cheaper tickets.
