Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto transports families into the realms of two of Disney’s most popular films. Watch as Anna, Elsa, and Olaf tell the extraordinary story of sisterhood in Frozen (Act One) before Mirabel, Isabela, Luisa, and Bruno take center stage in Encanto (Act Two). Disney On Ice is intended for a general audience. All guests ages two and up are required to have a ticket. Children under two are admitted for free provided they sit on a parent or guardian’s lap. Some arenas may require all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket.

Disney On Ice events are casual and family-oriented. Guests may dress as their favorite character but not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other guests. Costumes and costume masks may not be worn by guests 14 years and up.

Our third Disney on ice show and it was incredible! A seamless production by talented individuals who ensured everyone had a great time!
The sound quality was not good. I could hear the music but not the words. I was in the upper section so that might be why.
Everything was great and we loved the performances. The only thing was I wish it was started that our seats would have an obstructed view. Having littles trying to see over the production equipment was a little disappointing.
The show was great for all ages, children and adults.
It was a great show, had my kids attention, and we would go see it again for sure!
I got tickets for this event when my daughter and five-year old granddaughter came to visit from Raleigh. I was worried about parking since I hadn't been to anything at Bon Secours, but it was such a relief when I saw that there were so many people directing traffic. Easy to get in and out; easy to find our seats and get souvenirs during the intermission. Wonderful show!!

The show was excellent but I didn’t even want my granddaughter to see any of the merchandise because it was so outrageous. You can buy those items at Walmart or Amazon for sooo much cheaper. Come on Disney, I would have loved to have bought my granddaughter something to remember it by.
We had SUCH a great time and the cast is SO personable!!! We got waves from both Elsa and Moana (who appeared at the end). What an amazing experience! I highly recommend the Disney on Ice show. Always a good time, even if you don't know the cartoons well. We loved how Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Goofy also appeared at the beginning and the finale. Spoiler alert - the closing number has special appearances by your Disney princess favorites!
