The show was great very high energy, but the female bathroom facilities were way to few. We missed the beginning of the second act due to the very long lines

Awesome!!! Phenomenal cast. 💜💜 You would swear the cast was cut from the original Hairspray the movie. Fun entertainment for all ages. Definitely a must see!!

EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! This show was one that kept me groovin in my seat, laughing, and singing. The cast was great. Seaweed, Penny, Edna, and Wilbur were the ones we couldn’t quit talking about at the end of the show. Tracy was great too.

Absolutely fantastic, I bought my wife the tickets for Christmas. I didn’t know what to expect it was my first time, well let me tell you….what a phenomenal performance!!! 5 stars! The cast was outstanding.

I have not been to the threatre for many years and wanted an evening with family. Due to the weather, there were only 6 of us who could attend, ranging from ages of 18 to 65. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the production. I would highly recommend the Dow Event Center to anyone who might ask.

Such a great experience! It was very entertaining and never a dull moment. A fun way to address the social injustices that still occur.

The temperature was way too hot where we were. Uncomfortable and we could not hear some of the cast.

This was a great show, the singers were great and brought the energy you'd expext from this musical. Tracy, Edna and Motormout Maybelle stole the show with their singing, acting and comedic additions. I recommend this show to anyone looking for a fun and engaging musical.

I had balcony seats which I would not sit in again due to the angle. Even though we were about 10 minutes late they kindly seated us. (5 stars) All staff was beyond nice and gave good direction. The seats are extremely small and need to be updated but the incredible performance made everything better. 4 stars due to the chairs being way too small. Literally had the person next to me leg and arm touching mine the entire time and there was no room to adjust.

I saw Hairspray 10-15 years ago for the first time and was so excited to see it again! This cast was amazing!! Special shout out to the actor playing Maybell - just WOW!! I also could not tell Amber and Velma apart - so great casting! I really enjoyed the show. Gammage is always a great venue. I loved the wine selection for this show. I only wish they would designate an ride share pick up/drop off spot. Whenever we leave it ends up being chaos as we walk to try to find rides and no one from the venue is able/willing to help.
