Six (Touring) Tickets

We didn't know what expect! A musical about the six wives of Henry VIII? Seeing words like Exhilarating and Best Musical on Broadway in the reviews baffled us. Shots of the show feature the wives in almost cartoon character costumes. The show was superb! The music was outstanding, very entertaining. The wives dance!... a lot! They can sing!... really sing. No question, the show is the most entertaining new show we've seen in a few years. Just think; how would you incorporate such a story into a modern musical genre with modern dialog and attitude and still make it something enticing. They did it! Go see it. It makes a terrific dinner and a show evening!

It was a fantastic and fun performance. Kept my interest the whole time. Great singing and acting from whole ensemble . Definitely would see it again!

My theater experiences range from Charleston to Oberammergau to Stratford upon Avon to the London stage. The presentation of "Six"in North Charleston matched the professionalism of any major theater. The music was sparkling, the lighting clear and the voice of each performer was remarkable. My disappointment was the number of audience members who thought it was permissible to ruin the enjoyment of others by filming the production with their cell phones.

I was so pleased to be asked by my 14 year old grandaughter to take her to this production of Six. She knew alot about the show already. Apparently many others in the audience were more familiar than I was but with her help and a little advanced preparation I was ready to enjoy the show. She was mesmerized by the songs, lighting, choreography and acting. I was too and also appreciative of the feminist message and all-women cast and band. Afterwards she told my daughter that it was so good she felt like she was going to cry! I'm so happy to see that she shares my passion for live musical theater.

This was a great show. This is not your regular Broadway show. It is a Broadway concert which is a 1 act that runs for 80 minutes. If you have a chance to see it, go for it.

Absolutely amazing show! The current touring cast are so talented. My daughter loved every second of it.

Wonderful performance from the SIX ladies! An absolute delight in compiling historical details within a pop concert. Great singing and the band rocked! Great job to all! I didn't even mind being in the Chrysler Hall. Even though renovations are needed to enlarge this theater, it helped that there was no intermission in the performance so no need to wait in long lines to the restrooms then rush back to seats. Thoroughly enjoyed the performance!

My daughter and I previously purchased tickets to Six the musical on Broadway, but it was canceled due to the pandemic. We enjoyed the soundtrack and the moment we learned the touring version was coming to Norfolk we purchased tickets. It was SO good! We loved the characters and their stories as well as the music!

Saw this show a few months ago at one venue. Heard it was coming to another venue nearby, HAD to get tickets. Thanks to presale, we were able to get tickets in the 4th row. It was unbelievable, magical, heart thumping, invigorating, and a great example of the power of women coming together and uplifting one another. If I could afford it, I would buy tickets to a show every week in any city. Costumes are breathtaking, choreography is eye catching, and the lyrics are easy to pick up. And it meshes today’s culture with history flawlessly. Haus of Holbein as “Tinder” is perfect (and I LOVE the black light sequence). Cannot say enough about how much I love this show. Definitely top 3 for me. Highly recommend seeing it at least once!!

Very entertaining, great singing and dancing. Loved all of the songs. Perfect amount of time on the story line! So glad I went!
