PAW Patrol Live! The Great Pirate Adventure on Tour
In the latest live-action adventure spectacle from every kid's favorite cartoon dog squad, Ryder and his crew of ever-resourceful pups must save their bumbling, seafaring friend Cap'n Turbot after he gets lost in a cave — just as Mayor Goodway's Pirate Day festival celebrations are set to begin on Adventure Bay.
En route to the rescue, the team finds a treasure map and sets out to find the booty for Mayor Goodway's event before their dastardly rival Mayor Humdinger (from the nearby town of Foggy Bottom) gets to the goods first. With dog-suited dancing actors bringing the show's beloved canine characters to life before big-screen animated backdrops, The Great Pirate Adventure is an energetic musical revue featuring all the familiar theme music from the show and brand-new songs exclusive to this production. It also features a special appearance from the newest member of the PAW Patrol team, Tracker.
PAW Patrol Live! The Great Pirate Adventure Background
Marshall! Rubble! Chase! Rocky! Zuma! Skye! Many parents know these names as well as those of their own children. They're the tireless cartoon pooches comprising the PAW Patrol, the all-in-one eco-conscious police/fire/construction/aviation/naval team who, along with their trusted preteen ringleader Ryder, maintain peace and order in the picturesque town of Adventure Bay.
Since debuting on Nickelodeon in 2013, the Canadian CGI series has become a staple of preschoolers' TV diets, while its Daytime Emmy-nominated, pop-punk-inspired theme song has become permanently lodged in the brains of parents around the world. (Not that they mind, since the show instills in their kids positive messages about the values of teamwork, nonviolent conflict resolution, and environmental preservation.)
After spawning a toy store's worth of merchandising lines, PAW Patrol made the leap to the stage in 2017 with the internationally touring production Race to the Rescue. That was followed by the sea-themed sequel, The Great Pirate Adventure, that set sail in 2018.

My 3 1/2 year old had a great time. It was a bit long for him, we left 15 minutes early because he was ready to go. I thought the show was very well done, the pup puppets and puppeteers were great. It diverted from the DVD version a bit, which was a little odd, I’d rather it either be the same or completely different. I missed Everest who wasn’t in the show. I’m disappointed that the only female characters were Skye, Chickaletta, and Mayor Goodway. The mayor character is just as problematic as on the tv show. She could be a strong female leader/role model, instead she is ridiculous. Do we see other leaders carrying around a pet in a purse? Do better, paw patrol. But overall it was entertaining and enjoyable to watch.
It’s was an good show wish it was a lil longer for the price
It was a great show that was put on! The adults standing up and blocking views was awful. Most kids couldn’t see because adults would stand up and not move. Not the best event center to have something for children.
The show was so low u couldn’t hear hear it over toddlers
The show was good however, the sound in the fox made it to where you couldn’t hear clearly because there was so much noise. I do understand it was a kids show, but maybe they could’ve adjusted the volume it may have been better.
We were so disappointed at the sound quality in the upper levels of the theater! There was no way of understanding the dialogue from the actors. It’s so surprising that this beautiful theater doesn’t have better acoustics in the balcony area.
The songs, costumes and theme were cute. Unfortunately the young audience found it difficult to attend and surprisingly, the volume was kind of low in the lower level of the Fox theater and difficult to hear at times. My grandson still enjoyed it.
Love the show but for the prices it is a very short show
The Paw Patrol live Pirates show was cute. The fox theater absolutely beautiful. My only complaint was it was difficult to hear the show especially over all of the excited children. I don't know what it was worth the price of the tickets.
It was only ok. 1/3 of my kids liked it. It was hard to hear
My kids liked the show just fine, but they started to lose interest when we couldn’t hear everything they were saying. I don’t think the show took into account all the kids talking and singing along.
The story line was a bit hard to follow. Because of that, audience participation occasions were not expected. Did not keep children’s attention.
It was difficult to hear. I was in row p and still had trouble hearing so did my grandson
My experience was great from the show & employees. There was a lot of staff which made it easier for finding seats & giving directions for such a big crowd. The show was great. It kept my son engaged & smiling! It’s definitely a night that he will not forget.
The show was great but the sound quality was terrible!
Me and the kids really enjoyed ourselves. The show was great cant, cant wait for the next show
We were VIP with front row and was hoping to get a great show for the price. My 4 yr old was bored by intermission. They sang the entire time. Usually there is more of a talking story line. It also seems that the pups were secondary and didn’t have much of anything to do with the show
Such a fun experience for kids of all ages! The actors were wonderful!
If you don’t sit directly in front of the stage you can’t hear nothing. It’s a waste of money. In order to get the kids attention they would have to actually be able to hear it.
