About
Troye Sivan is a pop singer-songwriter and actor from Australia. As a teenager, Sivan first gained popularity on YouTube and Australian singing competitions like StarSearch. In 2013, he signed his first record deal with EMI Australia and released his first major-label EPs TRXYE (2014) and Wild (2015) ahead of his 2015 debut album Blue Neighbourhood , featuring the hit single “Youth.” Sivan’s sophomore album, Bloom, arrived in 2018 and peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 with support from singles like “Bloom,” “Dance to This” featuring Ariana Grande and “My My My!” That same year, he appeared in the gay conversion therapy drama Boy Erased, contributed to the soundtrack of the big-screen gay teen romance Love, Simon and collaborated with Charli XCX on “1999.” After dropping the pandemic-era EP In a Dream in 2020, Sivan unveiled his third studio album, Something to Give Each Other, in 2023, which included viral singles “Rush,” which earned Sivan his two first career Grammy nominations, and “One of Your Girls.” In 2024, he will co-headline Charli XCX & Troye Sivan Present: Sweat Tour.

by gregb on 10/26/18Fillmore - DenverTroye Sivan's tour supporting his latest album Bloom arrived at the Fillmore in Denver and was beyond my expectations. Troye had played a smaller venue on his first tour through Denver and had put on a great show. He has matured somewhat with a bigger spectacle stage setup and backup band/singers. Although he always has had stage presence, he was even more brilliant this time around. His show was a mix of songs from both albums. He drew an adoring audience of fans who sang along, danced along and cheered vociferously. Troy deserves this adulation. His performance was amazing.

He talked to and interacted with the crowd more than most artists typically do and his vocals were incredible live. I wish the venue was GA though; I danced the whole time, which is a little hard to do in the Chicago Theatre where there's no standing room, only seats.

I rarely make an effort to attend live shows but did not want to miss Troye Sivan’s show. It was everything I hoped it would be and more! The whole crowd I think (given the energy and feel of the event) felt the same way. I love the sincerity of Troye’s work and the sincerity of his presence. His music is amazing and he is changing the world for the better just by being himself. Thank you for such an amazing night of music, lights, crowd and dancing <3
