PBR: Unleash the Beast on Tour
PBR: Unleash the Beast is the biggest annual series in bull riding — the toughest eight seconds in sports, played out again and again from city to city, pitting the most rugged riders against the baddest bulls. Each two-day stop kicks off with pyrotechnics, but the explosions and flames are quickly outdone by the rides themselves — 35 matchups divided into three rounds of dirt-flinging, arm-flailing and fierce performances by all of the athletes in the arena, human and animal alike. In between, the world's most well-known rodeo clown, the beloved Flint Rasmussen, cuts through the tension with humor tailored to each city. Unleash the Beast brings 750 tons of dirt, 65 tons of steer and 25 tons of steel fencing to every venue on the tour. Each rider faces all of that weight as he competes to qualify for the PBR World Finals, where the winner will walk away with $1 million and the coveted gold belt buckle.
PBR: Unleash the Beast Background
The Professional Bull Riders organization was founded by 20 riders who each brought $1,000 to the table back in 1993. Their goal? To bring their sport to the mainstream, increasing public interest and also prize money for the athletes who risk their lives in the arena. They more than succeeded, boosting annual attendance from 310,000 in 1995 to over 3 million today, while securing major television coverage for their top competitions, while awarding more than $180 million to riders over the years. Though PBR: Unleash the Beast began as the Built Ford Tough Series in 2003, it's been the same gold-standard series throughout, with any rule changes along the way meant to make it a fairer and more thrilling contest. The PBR ranks both bulls and riders, ensuring the best of the best lock horns, so to speak, at every stop.

except for parking, these were the best two nights for us in a long time. Took all our cares away in the best possible way. We are already ready to buy our tickets for the next one here and possibly TX. LOVED IT.....
Was so excited to see the top riders and bulls in Eugene. I had the 2 day passes, and while the first night seemed to be a drunk fest for college students, the second night had a crowd of people who were there for the sport. It's great to be part of an event that still holds values as well.
We stayed at the Delta King on Sacramento River. The walk to Center One was easy. Old Town Sacramento was very entertaining and the Bar/Food scene was good. AND the BPR event was the best. 5 Star all the way!
This was our first time attending Unleash the Beast and we loved it!! Excellent entertainment, we wish we could've attended the whole weekend! Definitely will attend again!! Thank you so much!
This is the best professional sport out there! Every cowboy out there is amazing!
Great show. Lots of rides each day (55, 52), bulls and riders did great. Flint was, as usual, very entertaining as well. Will go again if they return!
So glad we were sble to make it! We went for both days and neither day disappointed us. I hope that they come back for a double day experience next year!
PBR put on a great event for all ages! Need to see them in Indy next year!
I've never been to one before. Friday night was awesome. Not too many people. Saturday was very much party night. Drunk people are rather rude - stand in front of people just when the bull is coming out of the shoot. Can't see through them. Very frustrating. Sunday - lots less drinking. Great show.
Fun fun fun! People were very helpful to both of us
Great seating great event food and beer was great hope they come back next year
This was such a fun event! We will definitely be going back next year!
Loved everything about the PBR this weekend in Tacoma. Vendors and food was great! The bull riders and bulls was absolutely the highlight of the weekend! Will definitely be back! Missed Clint Rasmussen, but the fill in clown did great as well.
The 2 evening events were awesome!!! Husband and I enjoyed to the max and can't wait for another PBR.
My wife and I watched a documentary on bull riding, and a few weeks later we found PBR on CBS. We enjoyed it so much we wanted to attend a PBR event in person. We had a great time and recommended it to anyone who has never been to one.
Was such an amazing show from start to finish there was not one dull moment from the bull riders to the bull fighters every bit was beyond entertaining and well worth going to see
Enjoyed watch the many riders stay on for 8 seconds! Great clown entertainment!
I absolutely loved this show. From start to finish it was pure entertainment.
