Extremely funny from start to finish! Best Comedy show we've seen to date.
I had never seen Jo Koy perform he was absolutely amazing!!!! Love his style, his material and he hit the ground running and made us laugh from beginning to end. Definitely going to catch him again.
It was a beautiful evening, especially being that the show was setup outdoors. Both comedians were just hilarious. I couldn't stop laughing from the beginning of the show until the very end. I wish the show continued on a little longer.
What a great time! We laughed so hard we were crying! lol. Great times, Jo Koy and Anjelah! Thank you!!
i have been wanting to see anjelah johnson for a very long time and everytime the opportunity came around there has always been something come up or happen. the fact that both anjelah and jo koy were on the venue was extraordinary. loved the show it was amazing and honestly wanted to go again the next day but the show was sold out. thank you.
Jo Koy is one of the funniest people out there! From start to finish this show was amazing! The DJ played some throwbacks and really started the night out right. Even the opening comedian before Anjelah and Jo came out was hilarious! The best part of the night was how they ended it. John the DJ, Anjelah and Jo were on stage telling jokes, playing music and getting the crowd involved. I would HIGHLY recommend any adult to see this show! LOVED IT!! :)
What an awesome show! I haven't laughed so hard in a long time. Like Jo Koy said, I wanted to pee my pants from laughing so much. Had a great time at the show.
all thre comedians were really really good.. we all loved it !
The BFF Tour was a lot of fun. My husband and I are fans of both Jo Koy and Anjelah Johnson, so seeing them together on the same night was perfect. We arrived at the State Theater early and were happy to be greeted by John Magic providing some really fun music. I had a good time dancing in my chair and singing along as my husband looked embarrassed to be with me. I don’t recall the opener’s name, but he was funny. Despite the fact that Anjelah Johnson was sick, she was hilarious. Although she had referenced past bits and characters, her material was fresh (to me at least) and funny. Love her. I had seen or heard some of Jo’s material before so it wasn’t as funny the second time, but he still had me laugh-crying and fanning my tears away. When Anjelah and Jo came together at the end, it fizzled a bit for me. Two hilarious people should have went out with a bang! But the sing a long bit was cute.
Anjelah Johnson & Jo Koy were funny as hell and it was an amazing show!! I would definitely go see them again if they come again!
DJ John Magic set the tone off right by bumping a lot of old school Jamz. Anjelah was awesome in her delivery of Bum Qui Qui and Tammy. Jo was on point the whole time! He had my wife and I dying from start to finish. This is a must go show!
I loved it joy and anjelah was very funny wish it was a bit longer..
Jo Koy is terribly funny. He was as good as expected. Anjelah was decent though she was also pretty ill so not really fair to criticize much. After show meet and greet was cool too.
Angelah was absolutely hysterical. From the first moment she came out on stage. She said she had the flu..... I can't imagine how much funnier she would have been ! Jo on the other hand was so whiney. Everything he talked about was in a whiney voice. It just wasn't that funny. But the best part of the show is at the end with the 90's song showdown! Hysterical!
Jo Voy and Anjelah Johnson of the BFF tour were absolutely AMAZING. This was the first show for both my 15 yr old son and myself. We have seen them both on TV and loved them. I would highly recommend this show to everyone, and if they do come back to the TC I will go to see them again. Thanks for the wonderful evening,
Laughed my butt off. My throat started hurting from laughing. Even the opening act was hilarious. Very good show. I would go see it again.
