Was a good concert but they extended too much between musicians.
We arrived to have dinner at the House of Blues before the show. We ended up with VIP upgrades. That allowed us to avoid the 45 minute line in the hot Florida outdoors. The service staff were very accommodating, especially on the second floor. The sound system was nice. We will be back soon.
Excellent excellent excellent excellent very good excellent
I don't know if the acoustics of the place are not made for these concerts or the sound engineer was very bad but the songs were not understood and the sound of the orchestra was a scandalous noise that was impossible to understand. I liked seeing my idols and this is not their fault because the organizer of the La Salsa Festival is responsible for this. I don't plan to return to any salsa festival organized by these people. No joke, I came home with pain in my ears and a loud ringing for about 3 days. The sound engineer just went up and up the volume trying to fix the problem, a disaster. We left before finishing the concert due to the bad sound.
Artists 100% but very little they could do with the horrible sound. Terrible! Venue. How is possible to charge that much for everything? $ 8.00 hot 🌭 $ 5.00 for water or soda $10.00 for a 🍺 and $20 for parking and Ticketmaster $125.00 for 2 tickets and on site $106🙄
We left after 5 minutes of finding the seats. There was no sign of Eddie palmier which was why we had purchase the tckts. The sound was intolerable and unbelievable. You could not understand a word of what was being said. Just awful experience : waste of time and money
It was a shame to have such great musicians playing for the crowd but the sound system was HORRIBLE. I purchased seats in row G, (7 rows behind the table section) and could not stand the sound. Had to go in the back of the venue because it was unbearable. I actually spent the evening behind the booth where the sound techs were and they were oblivious to how bad the sound was...in spite of the musicians asking for sound techs over and over again and the crowd complaining. You missed an opportunity to provide the Salsa family with the great sounds of Andy and Bobby and others....a real shame that the lack of attention to detail to the most important item in a concert...SOUND...was not taken care of.
The venue was great. We purchased the VIP tickets and were at a table right up front. The echo and sound was terrible. At times you couldn't hear the backup singers.
The sound was terrible couldn’t understand a word , the people were complaining about it
The sound was not good. The only clear sound was Andy Montañez, he killed it! I could not hear the others sing, words were almost muffled. The sound system needs work. It’s disappointing since I was looking forward to it. Andy made up for it.
