Alvin Ailey Dance Theater Tickets

Incredible performance and artistry. Looking forward to seeing Ailey again!

Alvin Ailey gets better every year! This was the first year I sat so close. I saw the sweat dripping off the dancers bodies.

I took my mother to see this performance, she has wanted to see it for years. Money well spent. I looked over and saw tears streaming down her face. Well worth my money for her happiness.

It was incredible!!!! The music and dancers exceeded my expectations!

The show was really good, it was a bit warm in The Fox (temp. wise). it's good for family viewing or an alternative for the usual date (dinner, drinks, &/or movie). Make sure you are in the right seat and do not take pictures inside the Theater b/c the ushers will embarrass you.

I took 3 siblings and my brother to the performance as a surprise for his 49th birthday. He told me at first he thought I had gotten him the wrong gift; but by the end of the show he was dancing out of the theater. This was his first dance performance. We all enjoyed ourselves. The show was spectacular. Even the little children were standing by the end of the performance dancing and spinning.

It was so great to see this show in Atlanta, i dont think anyone in that theater didnt feel the spirit and was inspired after that show.

I had a wonderful time with my wife which truly enjoyed the Alvin Ailey Dance. I have seen show preformed by Alvin Ailey over the years and found it to be better each time.

Seats were excellant and the show was outstanding.

Words would simply diminish and demean the agility, creativity and pure awesomeness of the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Plus, after watching The Hunt and Cry you are literally speechless to the power and intensity of the dancers. So trying to convey with words my experience is too difficult a task. I suggest instead that you join the email list so that you will know the exact second that tickets go on sale. Then, I strongly recommend that you get to the nearest theatre and arrive early and prepare to be transported to the most beautiful experience of your lifetime. I guarantee you will never be the same, nor will you ever miss the opportunity to view the dancers for yourself again. You won't be Groupie #1--that slot is mine and I'm not giving it up for anyone!--but you will definitely join the fan club.

This was my first experience with ballet but it will not be my last. It was the perfect event to help usher in valentines day. I highly recommend it to anyone remotely interested in the arts.

I remember seeing the Alvin Ailey troupe perform for the first time in the summer of 1970 in Safi, Morocco, at an outdoor stage in an old Moorish castle right on the shores of the Atlantic. It was a beautiful setting matched by the beauty and grace of the dance troupe. I saw them again at the Fox theater on Sunday afternoon and they are as sharp, graceful and wonderful as they were about 41 years ago. A real treat and they are true professionals to the core. They are in sync with one another, the music, and the flow. I rate them a 10, an A+++. Great.

The performances were simply amazing!! This was my first time seeing the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater in person, and it will not be my last. I am so glad that I was finally able to experience Alvin Ailey.

There was very little excitement or anything unique in the first 3 acts. Solo dances were too long. Music not upbeat enough. The whole show needs revisiting.

This event was fun for the whole family, and friends, and aunties, and cousins, and mother-in-laws, and college buddies, and sistahfriendz, and need I say more.

There was not a single portion of the performance, that was boring. I was uplifted and entertained the entire time. The show was amazing.
